This new cabin on a private road is a serene setting perfectly blending rustic charm and modern comfort. Only a half-mile from Cataract Lake, quick and easy access to boating, fishing, kayaking, etc. awaits! Numerous nearby attractions are sure to provide great experiences (Cataract Falls, C Bar C Event Center, Exotic Feline Rescue Center, state parks, brewery/winery, local shops/eateries, etc.) And of course, simply enjoying time in and around the cabin itself is a fulfilling getaway!

Thoughtfully designed to offer a unique and memorable experience, the Cozy Lofted Cabin features:

*Abundant Natural Light: Large windows and doors throughout the cabin create an open and bright atmosphere, bringing nature's beauty indoors.

*Well-Equipped Kitchen: Full-size appliances, including a dishwasher and ice maker, are complemented by all necessary utensils, cookware, and dishware. Both traditional and K-cup Keurig coffee makers are provided, along with a dining table that seats up to four guests.

*Comfortable Living Area: A cozy sofa with chaise, an additional chair, electric fireplace, and a 55" smart Fire TV make the living space perfect for relaxation.

*Unique Sleeping Arrangements: The cabin accommodates up to six guests with two lofts (each featuring a queen bed), a primary bedroom on the main floor (with a queen bed, 32" smart Fire TV, private entrance to the outdoor area, and a dedicated heat/AC unit), and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

*Spacious Bathroom: A large walk-in shower and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience to your stay.

*Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy the covered front porch with a swing, and a private outdoor area featuring a propane grill, picnic table, fire pit, and seating.

*Modern Conveniences: Ultra-fast gig-speed internet with multiple Wi-Fi access points, dimmable lighting throughout, a whole-home water filtration system, and a tankless water heater ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

*WINTER ROAD CONDITIONS: Cataract Lake Getaway is located on an unmaintained, private road that could get tricky in inclement weather. 4WD/AWD vehicles are strongly recommended in snow/ice conditions.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather all used towels (bath and kitchen) and place on shower floor-Please load and start the dishwasher on 1-hour cycle (or normal if no 1-hour option) before leaving; thank you!
-Be sure to log out of any TV apps you may have signed in to -Leave beds that have been slept in unmade so we're aware they need linens changed. Beds not utilized during your stay can remain made.
-Please empty fridge/freezer and clean any messes in them
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
"No parties" rule and quiet hours (10p-7a) strictly enforced. No guests outside of those on your reservation without prior approval from host.
No smoking in close proximity of other units or guests. Please be respectful and ensure smoke does not encroach on other guests’ space.
