VILLA TROPIC PARADISE WITH POOL

Villa Tropic Paradise 1 is completely new, fully equipped and beautifully furnished so you can enjoy your vacation relaxed and carefree. The villa consists of three bedrooms with air conditioning, fan, safe. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet and its own balcony. One bedroom is on the first floor and has its own terrace directly in front of the pool. The open plan kitchen/living room has sliding doors that slide completely to the side so that you can see directly onto the pool and tropical garden while cooking or eating. The new and modern equipped kitchen has an oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker filter and Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc...... In the living room is a TV where you can watch NETFLIX. You can relax by the pool with a book as well as enjoy a drink in the evening in the lighted swimming pool. There is an outdoor shower and a private barbecue is available. Enjoy the tropical flair.

We have this villa a second time so if you want to come with more people no problem.

On one of the beautiful beaches of Curacao you can watch the sunsets. You have your own barbecue at your disposal. They should lack nothing. Simply a dreamlike place which invites you to relax.

To be able to enjoy your vacation on Curacao, we recommend to rent a car to explore our beautiful island and to visit the different beaches and excursion destinations. We have various rental cars that you can rent from us. You will be picked up free of charge from the airport and brought back at the end of your vacation.

Villa Unique is located in a quiet residential area just 7 minutes from Jan Thiel beach. The outstanding villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a pool with seating area. The tropical pool area is equipped with numerous modern sun loungers. You can watch hummingbirds, parrots and iguanas from its terrace.

Spend an unforgettable, relaxing, great vacation. In the immediate vicinity of the villa are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and beaches.

Our host was wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great with easy access to shopping, beaches and downtown. The best thing about this property though is the pool! We loved being able to BBQ and swim in the pool and have some of our own meals at this home away from home!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and the home matched our expectations perfectly. The space was clean, comfortable, and well‑maintained, making it easy to settle in right away. Great villa

Stayed for one week with friends and we enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean upon arrival, and we found the bedrooms and bathrooms to be very spacious and comfortable. Towels are fully stocked for both the bathroom and beach, and the private pool is really nice! Air conditioning worked very well in each bedroom as well.

Dutch Caribbean Charm

Located ten minute drive from Jan Thiel and twenty minute drive from historical Willemstad, this beautiful villa with three en-suite bedrooms, private pool, parking for at least two vehicles, and classic Dutch Caribbean charm made an excellent home base for our family to explore Curacao.

Great for family holiday

This was a great home to stay for us and our 2 children. The backyard pool was definitely the highlight. The pool was large, deep, and completely private…it really was an oasis. Our kids spent hours playing and enjoying the outdoors. The house was very clean, and conveniently located so that we could get to all our activities and restaurants with a short drive. There was a very helpful welcome book that got us acquainted to the island all the conveniences. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had one minor issue with an appliance which they came to help with right away, and it wasn’t an issue for the rest of the stay. We would highly recommend a stay at villa tropical paradise.

The house was lovely. Renee was a fantastic host. Friendly warm greeting sharing information of the island was nice. The Kitchen was stocked with all amenities we would need. Location to town and beaches was perfect. The pool was stunning and well maintained. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom shower. We loved our stay and hope to return many times.

You want the beach? It's close by. You want the pool? It is mere steps close. You want the sun? It's everywhere. Our host was very accommodating and responsive via What'sApp. We had a truly relaxing time and would love to come back.

The vacation we expected

My wife, me and 4 kids enjoyed our stay very much. The private pool is beautiful and the property manager and owner are very helpful. A baby bed wasn’t a problem for example. Fresh towels often, bed linnen and pool cleaned weekly too. Neighborhood is wonderful, safe and quiet, need a car which the owner can help with too. Senseo coffee maker present, dishwasher and washer all work and are clean. TV with Netflix, cutlery and pans good. Nice comfort from home, this vila is the spot to choose. Hope y’all enjoy as much we did.

Beautiful pool; close proximity to beaches & Willemstad

This house was wonderful for our family! The beautiful pool was a highlight, and the proximity to amazing beaches and downtown Willemstad made it an ideal location. The space was perfect, and having each bedroom with its own bathroom was a huge plus for our group. There were a few electrical issues during our stay. The property manager was very responsive and even offered to come late in the evening to address them, but it wasn't necessary. She came the next day, and while some problems were fixed, the circuit still couldn't handle the oven and stove running at the same time. We got used to it, but since we were eating at the house more often with a 1-year-old, it was something we noticed. The fridge was on the smaller side, but with so many fantastic grocery options nearby, we were able to make it work. Overall, we had a great experience, and the property was an excellent base for our family to explore everything the area had to offer.

Excellent Time at Villa Tropic

Villa Tropic is located in a newer residential area 10 minutes away from a major grocery store where good quality meat and produce can be procured. Villa was completed after COVID. The Villa offers nice functioning kitchen, large pool and nice comfortable sitting shady and sunny areas. 1 of 3 bedrooms is located on first floor, the other two on the second floor which offers plenty of privacy or quietness depending who you are travelling with. Each bedroom has own on-suite with modern showers. Villa is about 10-15 minutes away from 3 major commercial beaches, Mambo, Jen Thiel and Tugboat. Being on the east-side of the island, one needs to account for 45-60 min drive to get to the less commercial beaches on the west side of the island. Small drawback given that you will be on island time. Communication with the villa owner was excellent. Rene was very responsive and an excellent source of information. This was our second time on the island and we would certainly recommend the villa to any families or friends travelling together. Thanks to Rene for making our stay so enjoyable.

Villa Tropic

Let me start by saying Mrs. Sandy was a wonderful manager. She answered all our questions and any calls were responded to immediately. The pool area of Villa Tropic is the highlight of this property. It has it's own group of iguanas which were fun to watch. We spent a great deal of our time outdoors. That being said, we were not as happy with the house itself. It is very much in need of a makeover. It needs painting, updated furnishings and the cabinetry needs replaced. The pillows on the beds were like sleeping on rocks, which made a good night sleep nearly impossible. Also supplying dedicated beach towels would have been nice. The 2 bath sheets we had were not enough. Also note when renting this unit, there is no dryer, so clothes drying is done on a rack, which is ok if only 2 of you. Overall a nice home but in desperate need of an update! enough. .enough.towels fotwimpossible

Thank you for the review. I asked every day if you needed anything and if everything was fine. You always told me that everything was fine and that you didn't need anything. We have hard pillows and we have soft pillows. Every guest wants something different. There were hard pillows in the villa because you didn't tell me you wanted them. I didn't bring any because I couldn't know. The villa's furnishings are two and a half years old and are in perfect condition, as can be seen from the other good reviews. The house was repainted a month ago and is in good condition.

First of the the place is tropical with lots of palm trees, the house is newly renovated and comfort

Don't Hesitate to book this place it's very homely and tropical and the pool and view is breath taken. Will definitely stay here again.
