Mit der Unterkunft und der Betreuung durch die Verwaltung vor Ort waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein d..

Mit der Unterkunft und der Betreuung durch die Verwaltung vor Ort waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ein defekter Zylinder in der Haustür hat unser Urlaubsvergnügen jedoch beeinträchtigt. Die Haustür (nicht die Wohnungstür) ließ sich am Samstag von außen nicht mehr schließen. Der Hausmeisterservice war nicht zu erreichen, da er nicht auf der Insel war. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Tourismusservice auf der Insel kam jemand vorbei und schaute sich die Lage vor Ort an. Ein beheben des Schadens konnte nicht vorgenommen werden. Uns wurde empfohlen, die Haustür nicht zu verschließen. Erst am tag unserer Abreise, 5 Tage nach der Meldung, kam jemand vom Hausmeisterservice vorbei und stellte einen Defekt im Zylinder der Haustür fest. Schade um den Schlichten Service.

Die Ausstattung und vor allem die Lage direkt im Hafen von Kirchdorf sind super. Auch in Sachen Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu meckern. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wenn die Nachbarwohnungen belegt sind, gibt es auf dem Balkon keinerlei Privatsphäre.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön. Für lange Abende wäre ein zusätzlicher Sessel sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns mit dem Korbsessel aus dem Schlafzimmer beholfen. Die sonstige Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
