We got a call 2 days prior to check in. The ac went snd needed to be fixed. We would need to use fans until they came to fix. We were to check in Sunday. Schedule to fix Monday. They offered refund but obviously its too soon to find a new place so we endured the fans. The owner did refund 250 for inconvenience which is nice, took all week for them to do so. It was fixed by 11 am the next day. Location is nice. Indoor pool was a great size. It was inconvenient that when it stormed or thundered even the slightest it closed. Whole I understand the safety the point of a pool is the convince when its raining and you cant swim the beach. The room itself was good size. The bathroom off the bathroom was very dated. The shower barely put out enough water to shower in. The tub was gross we couldn't not bath our youngest. The floors and carpets were disgusting. I ended up vacuuming and sweeping 30 min into the stay because my feet were black. There was food under the couch. When you opened the cabinets they smelled like literal crap. The silverware was filthy snd had food in i5. We had rewash every dish and utensil we used before using. There was black mold in thr rubber ring of the washer. It must of never been cleaned . We had to scrub that before washing clothes. Both washer snd dryer smelled of mildew I should of Bru refund the cleaning expenses as I had to all that just to stay there. Whoever they have cleansing it should be fired.
