We enjoy hosting because we want people to experience the best of the Rehoboth Beach area and all it has to offer. Our Cond is centrally located near the entrance to downtown, just off Route 1. You can get to Dewey in 5 minutes or Lewes in 10 minutes. The Beach is just 1.7 miles away.

Our neighborhood is quiet, well landscaped, and provides a laid-back atmosphere, but is still close to all the amenities. The units here are spacious and well-built, offering a relaxing environment.
