AFFORDABLE CONDO JUST A SHORT DRIVE OR BIKE RIDE TO REHOBOTH BEACH! Lovely 2 BR, 2 BA Townhouse in the Pool and Tennis community of Eagles Landing . . . just a few minutes drive to the beaches and boardwalk of Rehoboth & Dewey. Perfect for a small family or friends getaway for those that love the pool just as much as the ocean! Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the screened in porch before heading to the tennis or pickleball courts in the community. After your morning exercise, cool off in the community pool. BONUS: The community also provides multiple EV charging stations for those with electric vehicles! No Pets or Smoking Please!
Guests pay a $140 cleaning charge for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. My family and I really enjoyed the property. The location and landscaping were beautiful, and I loved the patios! Very peaceful and clean, and we would definitely return!

Great place to spend a week!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location on the other side of Rt 1 from downtown Rehoboth. Comfortable accommodations and a nice layout for us. Nice updated kitchen but minimally stocked. (could have used a large frying pan) The kids loved being able to walk to 3 different pools. We took the Park and Ride bus right around the corner (free parking!) into Rehoboth beach and boardwalk.

Unit was beautiful and updated. Grounds people were mowing at 645am. I know it was hot but that is insane. Neighbor doing construction and sawing one day at 8am. And one unit had loud guests one night. We have stayed in that complex 3 years and this was by far the most impressive.
