This charming retreat features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed, fenced yard, Weber BBQ, downstairs entertainment center, and Fire pit, offering guests plenty of room to relax. With three bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient for everyone. The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Pickle Ball courts across the street with a small park for childern/kids, and walking trails. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet night in, this fantastic space has you covered. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you are bringing a pet, please clean up and put waste in bag and in trashcan on the side of the house. Their is an additional fee for backyard clean up if instructions not followed.
Please return key to the lockbox. Parking is avaiable on the street and also in the driveway. Sometimes one of my vehicles is parked in driveway but always with room for one car.
If you use the fire pit, you will to provide your own wood and pit must be cleaned before departure. Their is an exterior camera on the front the home for my and your safety.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking in the home. You may smoke outside in the back yard
No parties or loud music after 10:00pm. After 10 is quiet time.

Why they chose this property

The back yard is almost completely private, excluding a gate on the side. Neighbors are nice, and neighborhood is close to stores and restaurants, and allows a lot of privacy

What makes this property unique

The home comes complete with all kitchen cooking utensils, feel free to use the spices or whatever is in the cuboard for cleaning. Toilet paper and towels. Utensils, plates, wine glasses, you will want for nothing in the kitchen.
