This is our second time staying at this property during the holidays. It was wonderful! The house is so clean and well stocked with supplies. The setting is beautiful for Christmas. We will stay again in the future!

Defiance Katy Trail Spring Trip

The property was very nice, clean, and met our needs. It was a great bonus to have a garage to store our E bikes in. We especially enjoyed the gazebo in the backyard overlooking the pond.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The entire home was very comfortable, clean, and inviting. The hosts have thought of everything to be gracious and accommodating. Three of us traveled from Ohio to meet up with our adult son living in another part of MO. I wanted to make meals at the house and had such a wonderful kitchen with ample space and impressive kitchen appliances. An added bonus was the friendly goose who would come up to the house and visit with us when we were out back. We all felt very much at home the 3 nights we were there. Everything was great.

We absolutely LOVED this place. Just what we needed....pure relaxation and chill vibes! Super clean, very welcoming, home owners were GREAT and fast at answering any questions. Fishing was fun! Met Mr. Quackers and he's very sweet. Very cute town, close wineries and restaurants as well as walking trails. This was by far an excellent place to unwind!! Thank you

Beautiful and clean property

This was a beautiful place to stay off the beaten path with privacy to boot. Fishing at the pond was a great time as well. Highly recommend and plan to stay here next year.
