After a day of adventure, enjoy the property’s 17-acre grounds with a tranquil riverside stroll, or take a refreshing dip in the seasonal outdoor pool during the warmer months. No matter the season, you’re only about six minutes from Sugarbush Resort, Ole’s Cross Country Center, Warren Falls, Blueberry Lake, and the Sugarbush Golf Club. For additional skiing, Mad River Glen is just a short drive away, keeping the area’s top attractions within easy reach.

Inside, the condo provides a comfortable space to unwind. The bedroom features a queen bed, and the living area includes a queen pull-out sofa—perfect for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. A simply stocked kitchenette makes quick breakfasts, light meals, or takeout effortless, while WiFi and a smart TV ensure relaxing evenings in.

The location is ideal for year-round outdoor adventure. Winter brings downhill and cross-country skiing as well as snowshoeing, while the warmer months are perfect for hiking, fly fishing, biking, and exploring nearby swimming holes. You’ll also discover a variety of local dining, shops, and hidden gems throughout the valley to round out your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
