What some guests may not like about our listing:
- Its a camper/RV, so not a full house. This may not be the best fit for some.

Our camper comfortably sleeps 4 with 1 queen bed and a full size bed. The property occupancy supports 4 individuals.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge and stove along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire property during your stay, however the outdoor areas are shared. We have another RV space that we rent out occasionally, so there may be someone staying at the other RV space when you are there. This means the grassy areas and gazebo etc can be shared at times.

We do not live near the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
