The thatched-roof holiday home offers 110 m² of space for up to 6 people (5 adults and 1 child) and combines modern living comfort with cosy country-house charm. On the open-concept ground floor, the spacious living area with a fireplace, a cosy sofa nook, and a high-quality country-style kitchen invites you to spend time together. On the covered terrace, you can wonderfully wind down the day with an al fresco meal or a glass of wine.

A real highlight is the covered, heated hot tub—protected from the weather and usable in any season. In the small wellness area, featuring a Finnish sauna and direct access to the garden, you can unwind after a walk or a bike ride through the idyllic countryside.

Upstairs, you’ll find three lovingly furnished bedrooms—two with double beds, one with a single bed and a child’s bed—as well as a comfortable, naturally lit bathroom with a tub, walk-in shower, double sink, and built-in TV. From here, you can enjoy views across the beautiful natural landscape all the way to the Üselitzer Wiek.

The large garden is a paradise for children, featuring a play castle, a trampoline, and plenty of space to run around. For parents, there are two parking spaces, a lockable bike garage, and a wall-mounted charging station—ideal for anyone travelling by electric car.
