The villa "Villetta Le Rose" in San Teodoro in Sardinia is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation with a sea view. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. The villa also features high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, satellite television, modern air conditioning in very room as well as a washing machine. Children are allowed.

The villa boasts a beautiful private outdoor area with a seawater pool including a jacuzzi area, a garden, garden furniture, a barbecue, an outdoor shower. The holiday complex has a tennis court. There are also 3 covered terraces and an uncovered roof terrace (Solarium) for guests to enjoy.

Ausstattung des Hauses ist super, alles da was man braucht.

Pros: Der Pool ist super. Der Gastgeber sehr nett und war immer erreichbar. Genauso wie der Check in und die Betreuung vor Ort. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Cons: Das Restaurant in der Siedlung hat zu und man benötigt ein Auto...... Aber da kann weder der Gastgeber noch das Haus was dafür.

Mooie woning, net als op de foto’s!

Pros: Het huis en de tuin waren precies zoals op de foto’s. Alles is aanwezig, schoon, en echt een prachtige tuin, lekker zwembad, fijn contact met de eigenaar en tussenpersoon. Tijdens ons verblijf werden onze vragen snel beantwoord. Super! Cons: Er bleek een huiskat te zijn en ze vroegen of we die elke dag even wilden voeren. Als je niet van katten houdt of er allergisch voor bent kan dit vervelend zijn. Het was prettiger geweest als dit in de advertentie staat. Het was wel fijn dat de kat niet binnenkwam. Af en toe met eten liep hij om te tafel.

Tolles Haus mit Garten, Pool und Dachterrasse

Pros: Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in diesem tollen Haus. Die Übergabe vor Ort funktionierte einwandfrei mit einem deutschsprachigen Verwalter. Zimmer, Betten, WIFI, Küche, Pool, Garten, Dachterrasse alles einwandfrei. Ein kleiner Strand liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in San Teodoro gibt es in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Für eine grössere Zahl von Personen ist die Abwaschmaschine etwas klein.

Fantastisk flott feriehus ved San Teodoro, med alt du kan ønske deg! Passer godt når du reiser med u

Pros: Svært god dialog for innsjekk i forkant og undet oppholdet. Enkelt å få kontakt om det var noe og svært god service og hjelp til det vi lurte på. Nydelig hage og uteområde som ga mulighet for en gruppe på to familier og barn/ ungdom i ulike aldre å dele seg med ulike aktiviteter. Cons: Ikke mye negativt å bemerke, men det som er spesielt for Sardinia er at søppel må sorteres nøye og daglig leveres på bestemt tidspunkt.

Das Haus Ein schönes Haus, es bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Das einzige Haus mit Pool und Dachterrasse in der Anlage! Schön bepflanzter Garten. Traumhafter Gartenblick jeden Morgen. Pflege vom Pool könnte optimiert werden.Traumstrand um die Ecke. Mietwagen erforderlich! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen!
