Recently renovated, spacious and comfortable Villa, 200 meters above sea level, on the hills behind the town of Budoni, which is about 5 minutes away.

Location surrounded by nature, in a panoramic position, with a beautiful view of the sea and the hills. Large panoramic swimming pool and equipped barbecue area, garden and veranda.

Maximum privacy and relaxation, but a stone's throw from all services and some of the most enchanting beaches in the Mediterranean.

Free Wifi, garden with relaxation areas, internal parking and charging station for electric vehicles.

The property is surrounded by a wonderful garden full of flowers and plants, rich in colors and scents, where you will find a swimming pool equipped with tables, deckchairs, a solarium with sunbeds, a spacious barbecue area equipped with gazebo and dining area, outdoor tables open, and a relaxation area with hammock and swing.

Villa Mariposa is the optimal solution for those who love nature, for those who want to comfortably sunbathe in absolute silence and enjoy the view of the sea, it is perfect for those who love stargazing.

Our strategic position guarantees a relaxing holiday, away from confusion and traffic, but just 5 minutes from all the comforts of the city and the sea. Thanks to its proximity to the main roads, it allows you to visit numerous beaches of incredible beauty and different characteristics in just a few minutes, so as to be able to satisfy every need. The Gulf of Orosei to the south, Tavolara and the Costa Smeralda to the north are also easily reachable. It is also possible to set off on foot for a walk along the paths starting directly from the structure and reaching the panoramic areas from which to admire the beautiful Sardinian coast.
Upon reservation it is possible to organize visits and excursions, cruises to the islands and in the Gulf of Orosei, rent bicycles and go on horseback excursions.

Please note that In the property, on the ground floor of the building, there is an independent apartment, inhabited by the owners who take care of the daily cleaning of the swimming pool and all external areas. All outdoor areas are for the exclusive use of Villa Mariposa guests.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful peaceful location close to Budoni.The landscaping and the pool and BBQ area were all wonderful.The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay for 2 adult couples.Communication with our host was easy.Definitely need a car to get here and around.If you can, visit the local agriturismo restaurant just down from the villa for a real taste of Sardinia.

We had a very relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. Great facilities with a number of amazing quiet outdoor spaces. The gardens and pool area are very well looked after and cared for. The rooms and reception areas were very spacious and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.

The villa is perched hillside with stunning views over quiet landscape and the sea. The gardens are absolutely lovely. We were there early May so couldn't use the pool (it was available to us, but weather was chilly). The kitchen is enormous, and fully stocked to prepare full meals. Communication was excellent with our hosts, beginning to end. We enjoyed the surrounding area, even a day trip to Bonifacio! They even went out of their way to secure an electric keyboard for me during our stay. Highly recommend this very special property.

Beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings

We had a great time at Sarah's villa. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept. The pool was a lot bigger than we thought it would be and we couldn't have asked for anymore with regards to the multiple outdoor areas we had access for. The views from the pool area are divine. It is so peaceful too.The villa itself surpassed our expectations. We stayed as a party of 6 adults and one baby and it was plentiful in size. Clean and well equipped. Was perfect for our stay. One week later and missing sitting out on the balcony with my morning coffee. So glad we decided to choose this villa.

Casa agradable

La descripción de la casa se ajusta a la realidad, pero las fotografías llevan a engaño. Las primeras fotos de interior, hasta la 26, son de la parte de arriba de la casa que se alquila por separado. Se lo comenté a la dueña y me dijo que lo corregiría... Vistas al mar, que está a unos 6 Km. El acceso desde la carretera hasta la casa obliga a una pequeña maniobra pero no pasan coches casi nunca. Para visitar la zona noreste de la isla quizás esté situada demasiado al sur, pero no está mal. Piscina estupenda, muy bien cuidada, soleada por las mañanas. La casa bien decorada, con buen gusto. Un salón- comedor-cocina espacioso y una habitación con cama de 150-160x200, cómoda. Vimos una hamaca de playa y un parasol usados, apoyados en la fachada de la planta baja que ocupábamos y al preguntar a la dueña si lo podíamos usar, nos dijo que si, abonando 10 € por el alquiler. Todos los días vimos a la dueña, aunque no vive en la misma propiedad. He de decir que nos obsequió con un frasquito de mirto, muy rico. El trato con la propietaria, correcto y educado.

Nous étions 5 dont 3 adultes et 2 enfants de 11 et 15 ans. Tout a été parfait, la communication avant et pendant notre séjour avec Sara. Elle a toujours répondu à nos questions. La maison est très grande avec la surprise d’être très bien équipée jusqu’au petit détail, comme un meuble à chaussures des portes manteaux… un confort que j’ai personnellement rarement vu lors de mes autres locations. Les différentes terrasses que je comprenais mal sur l’annonce permettent de profiter du soleil à chaque moment de la journée. La piscine comme la maison sont au calme et sans vis à vis. Je recommande vivement et aimerais y revenir. Le seul hic n’est pas en lien avec la maison mais plutôt les environs propices aux balades en vélo, nous n’avons trouvé qu’un loueur, arrangeant mais peu ouvert!Pensez à regarder avant si vous souhaiter en faire autour.Un grand merci à Sara pour ses conseils et sa gentillesse. Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Haus. Es ist noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Pool ist toll und die Kommunikation mit Sara war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ein Auto ist ein Muss. Dafür ist es dort immer schön ruhig und man kann gut abschalten:)

Vom herzlichem Empfang, über die hilfsbereite Betreuung ist dies eine großartige Villa. Am Bergrand gelegen hat man seine Ruhe mit Blick auf Natur und Meer. Bei der Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden, wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Sehr empfehlenswert!
