Relax and unwind in our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath private lakefront home—perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Enjoy full lake access, whether you want to swim, fish, kayak, or simply relax on the dock and take in the views. The home offers a quiet, comfortable setting while still being close to local attractions.

Convenient location:
• 11 miles to Wild Adventures
• 10 miles to downtown Valdosta & VSU
• 20 miles to Moody Air Force Base
• 4 miles to Quail Branch Lodge

The space
Our home features a king bed in the master room and two twin beds in the guest room. Perfect for four guests, we also have one full bath, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room that has Wi-Fi, Amazon firesticks Amazon Prime TV and YouTube TV for live tv.
Don't miss out on the best part-our sunroom where you will be able to take in the most beautiful sunsets and lake views you can imagine.

You may also venture outdoors to our private dock where we have seating and kayaks for guests to use.

In the evenings, take full advantage of our newly built fire pit! We provide the wood for it as well!

This is where you will make memories that last a lifetime!


Twin Lakes (Lake Balboa) is a clear, spring-fed lake. You can enjoy fishing and swimming.

This is a smoke free/vape free home. We ask that you do not partake in our home. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an additional $55 cleaning fee.
We do not allow pets in our home.
