Excellent location

This apartment is fantastically located. Many sites are within walking distance, there're fantastic places to eat locally, a supermarket and tube station within minutes.

Great stay featuring the 3 Cs. Clean, comfortable and convenient! All three necessary for great accommodations! Located two minutes from a major metro station meant you can be anywhere in Berlin in mere minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets at your doorstep. All the conveniences of home in a vacation spot and super clean. Our only issue was no elevator which meant at the end of a day of walking and touring, the thought of more stairs was daunting, but we are older tourists, so for most this is not an issue. Excellent value and highly recommend!

The perfect home away from home

This little flat was such a delightful quiet, peaceful, clean, cozy, comfortable home away from home with everything I needed. The hosts were super kind and communicative. And all the little details taken care of, including little welcome chocolates on the bed. Location is excellent too - easy to walk places and get to public transit. Highly recommend!

Feels like home

Very clean and well supplied and maintained. Excellent communication with Gunter when we couldn't figure out how to start the washer. We were very comfortable and would return gladly. Everything you need for a nice stay in Berlin with wonderful food nearby.

Amazing Berlin Vacation!

This apartment was perfect for two. The location was wonderful too with most everything you’d need within a 10 minute walk. Close to all forms of public transit as well. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything you could want or need. Communication with Günther was perfect and he even recommended a pool to visit during a 90 degree day. This was an amazing trip and an amazing host and apartment.

Nice stay. Never got Netflix og Prime TV to work. No instruction to this, but never mind. We had a great time and enjoyed the apartment.

Usually nextflix and Amazon works perfekt The problem was the guest that stayed before changed to his own nexflix and Amazon.( email and password) We didn't know that until they told us after they left. If u would have say that. I would have drives there to fixed. Really Sorry about that.! And I apologize. Never again happened something like this. Best regards. Alan..

This is a lovely find adjacent to lots of trendy areas. (There is a “Zeit für Brot” around the corner which always means it’s a place where people want to be!) The place is a good size for one or two people for a few days. Well- equipped and maintained. The hosts were very friendly and attentive - ready to help when needed, without being overbearing. I would gladly stay again in my next visit to Berlin.

The ideal little apartment

A great little apartment with all the amenities we needed for our stay in Berlin - our host was very helpful and responsive too which is always appreciated! The apartment itself is in an ideal location within a quiet block of flats, very close to the city centre with a supermarket and selection of nice cafes/restaurants/bars nearby. The U-Bahn station is also just a short walk away, which is ideal for going out and about in Berlin and for connections to/from the airport via Alexanderplatz. Overall, a nice and clean little apartment in a great location - would definitely stay here again! Danke!

Bathroom tub is unsafe by American standards- broken wrist

The apartment was in a good location and it was clean. The bathroom is lacking. The tub was slippery with no kind of mat in it. The tile floor is slippery and it’s lower than the tub. My daughter slipped and broke her wrist. She was very lucky. The accident wasn’t more tragic.

Fabulous apartment in a cool area

The apartment is really lovely, just the right size for two people wanting to explore the city. Has everything you could possibly need to spend a couple of weeks there if you wanted to, washing machine and full kitchen. There was plenty of coffee and teas in the cupboard for us and a supermarket close by for anything else we needed. Check in was super easy and the host gave brilliant directions along with tips on the best way to get around. The host was especially helpful by being responsive and quick, we had forgotten our plug and both phone batteries were dying so I text Gunther who quickly quided us to an electronics shop which we managed to get to using our maps before our batteries died. We loved Berlin but the area we stayed in particular was our favourite, easy to get to the historical sights and museums but plenty of restaurants cafes and bars in the area. Would highly recommend to anyone

Vi valgte denne lejlighed da den ligger centralt. U banen og sporvogn ligger i gaden lidt længere henne. Vi blev positivt overrasket over alle de små ting der var tænkt på i lejligheden. Lige fra kaffe til isterninger i fryseren. Der er også tænk ved strygejern og paraplyer. Meget gennemført. Lejligheden fremstår ren, og det er meget nemt at finde den, da udlejer holder fin kontakt. Vi anbefaler varmt denne lejlighed i hjertet af Berlin.
