The villa in Calpe / Calp has 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 8 people.
The villa is nice, is modern, and is 230 m². It has views of the mountain and the garden with a plot of 815 m².
On the first floor there is a bright living room, a glazed terrace that can be used as a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with walk in shower (on of the en-suite) and a covered terrace that can be accessed from the kitchen. There is also another terrace that can be accessed from one of the bedrooms. You can access to the private pool from the terrace. On the ground floor there is a small kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle are provided. Each floor has a separate entrance.
The property is located 350 m from Komfort Restaurant from the restaurant, 800 m from Lidl supermarket, 1 km from Las Salinas de Calpe nature reserve, 2 km from Playa de Cantal Roig sand beach, 3 km from Estación de autobuses Calpe bus station, 3 km from Casco antiguo de Calpe city, 11 km from Club de golf Ifach golf course, 11 km from Benissa city, 13 km from Altea city, 23 km from Fuentes de Algar river, 25 km from Benidorm city, 27 km from Aqualandia water park, 29 km from Terra Mítica amusement park / theme park, 33 km from Denia city, 67 km from Estación de tren de Alicante train station, 78 km from Aeropuerto Alicante airport, 130 km from Aeropuerto Valencia airport. If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.
A credit card deposit of € 600,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
