Neighborhood was sketchy. The property is in 2nd floor. Carrying heavy luggage’s will be challenged. Not a walkable distance to falls but easy accessible. No dish washer, no washer and dryer.
Overall great. House was well equipped, just no place to hang our clothes except one stand. Was hard to find the entrance as it was in small back ally instead of the front street as per the address. Shops, restaurants and maid of the mist were short distance. Small annoying thing was the floor and house moved as we walked. Quiet neighborhood but not maintained front or backyard area.
When we arrived to the property we arrived in the front which caused a lot of stress and confusion since there is no door. Understand the Host stayed the entrance was in the back but didn't provide the address to the back or how to get to the back. So around 9pm we are walking thru the back of what we considered at the time abandoned house. We felt it was abandoned because the grass wasn't cut and the no front door. Once we got into the back door everything was great and the family got over the initial scariness. Our only complaint is that the property only had one TV (in living room) for a 3 bedroom rental. The property was pretty clean, AC worked, and had no issues with neighbors. I really loved that they provided a welcome basket and a welcome sheet that gave us all the information we needed to know. It was also very close to activities however I wouldn't recommend walking because it's not that close.
It was a great house but needs curtains to make the house feel more at home and cozy. Definitely needs a blind in the bathroom. Also there needs to be more toilet paper in the house. My son and his girlfriend ran out in one of the bathrooms. Other than that great place to stay on vacation. It was a blast!
This is a beautiful , remodeled 3 bedroom just steps from the Niagara Greenway, making Niagara Falls and amenities in town, an easy walk. You'll want to turn into the alleyway parallel to the road the address is listed on. Parking and entry are in the back of the house. The place was clean and bright. If you aren't a fan of fireworks noise, this place may not be right for you, as you can hear the fireworks from Niagara every night. It didn't bother us. We walked to the park from the house each day (only about a 15 min easy stroll to American Falls). From there, you can either continue to walk or take the trolley to the rest of the park. We had plenty of space to stretch out and had all the basics in the house. We would definitely stay here again!
Close proximity to aquarium and rainbow bridge. Space is all updated (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring). Rental is the second floor only. I didn’t notice on the listing that the property didn’t have a dishwasher, washing machine or dryer. Not a ding, just pointing out for those not observant like me. Seating in living room and kitchen table for 4 people. I would increase that to 6 since that is what the address is listed for and only 1 tv which is in living room.
This place worked perfectly for my Girls trip! It is conveniently located to just about everything you want to do in Niagra Falls! You do go upstairs, so that could be a thing if someone in your group can't do stairs, but the whole property is just the upstairs, so no same roof neighbors! The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Niagra falls! Such a beautiful place to be!
