The Bella Vita Villa has just been recently remodeled and is ready for you to book! This private villa offers new updated furniture, flooring and paint (inside out). This lovely villa is the definition of the perfect vacation home, luxury style. After a long day from the theme parks, shopping, or adventuring the local Orlando area there is beautiful pool oasis to relax in. You just found your dream vacation home in Kissimmee, close to Disney. This exceptional property is located in the high-end gated subdivision of Windsor Hills, the closest five star community to Disney (only 2 miles)!

Welcome HOME. This renovated luxury villa sleeps 11 guests. We have two main floor master bedroom suites (king size) that face the pool and a 3rd star wars bedroom (2 twins) also on the lower level.
Upstairs you’ll find a tropical bedroom King bed and ensuite bath and a Princess themed bedroom with a twin bed and a full bed with its own ensuite.

We also have a newly updated temperature controlled Marvel themed game room.

The pool and spa are private and we provide complimentary pool and spa heat 🙂 . The deck also offers a covered lanai for shade and dining. There is a child safety fence for the safety of your little ones.

Finally: Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the Windsor Hills Club House. It features luxury lifestyle amenities: Bar, marketplace, water park, movie theater, arcade, tennis courts, basketball courts, and fitness center.**
