This 4 bedroom house at Kolea is nestled on a spectacular oceanfront setting with endless ocean and beach views!

As you enter through the entry gate you will be greeted by nice tropical landscaping and a walkway over an entry pond with a water feature. Before you even enter through the front door you will see the beautiful blue waters of A'Bay.

Just off the entry is the spacious great room. This room offers ample seating on one side for lounging and on the other side offers dining for 6. Just off the living room is also a wet bar and a nice sized wine cooler along with a powder room. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and has granite counters and stainless steel appliances and an additional ice maker. There is a nice sided island in the middle with barstools. In the corner of the kitchen in a small bistro table with two chairs. For those looking to do a little work while they are in Hawaii, there is also a nice little desk area in the kitchen as well as the living room.

There are large pocket doors that open up off of the living room as well as the kitchen to the best part of the home, the lanai. This expansive lanai features two chaise lounge chairs, a large dining area that seats 6, a small dining area that seats 3, and a sitting area that seats 5 with some end tables. All of this overlooks the ocean view and well as a nice sized pool that is great for swimming laps. There is also a nice elevated jacuzzi detached from the pool that offers a spectacular view. There is a covered wet bar with a small refrigerator and a full size stainless grill.

Just off the living room is the spacious master bedroom. This bedroom features a king size bed with bedside tables. At the foot of the bed is a lounging area with a small couch and two chairs. Across from the bed is a wall mounted television with surround sound. The large pocket doors open up to the lanai and the ocean view. The master bath is spacious with a large walk in closet with ample space, his and hers vanities, deep soaking jetted tub, large walk in shower with dual shower heads and body sprayers, and an outdoor shower.

Just behind the living room on the master bedroom side of the house is a theater. Here you will find a soundproofed room with a large wall mounted television and surround sound. There is a nice sized comfortable couch adjacent to the television.

On the other side of the house behind the kitchen is the first guest bedroom with a king size bed with bedside tables facing a large wall mounted television. There is also a large sliding door closet and sliding doors that open up to the outdoor shower as well as offers easy access to the pool. The attached bathroom offers dual vanities, large walk in shower, and a deep soaking tub, and an outdoor shower.

If you continue down the hall from the first guest bedroom, you will reach the second guest bedroom that is very similar to the first. It features a king size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted big screen television. The attached bathroom has dual vanities, large walk in shower, deep soaking tub, and an outdoor shower. The sliding doors open up to the outdoor shower.

Just off the main house is the third guest bedroom that features a queen size bedroom with bedside tables facing a wall mounted big screen television just above a nice sized chest of drawers. The attached bathroom features dual vanities, walk in shower, and an outdoor shower.

****While there is a gate that exits off the lanai to the beach path, it is a rather rocky short walk so we just recommend walking with caution if you choose to take that path. If not, the Kolea Beach Club is a 2 minute walk away and offers a sandy beach path.
