The upstairs features a bedroom with king bed and a bedroom with three single beds. The basement features two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double bed.

Three clean and updated bathrooms are stocked with essentials, providing convenience for larger groups getting ready for the day or winding down at night.



Basement / Bonus Space

There is an additional living space in the basement and enjoy a unique bonus space—an outdoor shed that has been transformed into an additional living area. Perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or giving your group extra room to hang out.

Getting Around:

The home is conveniently located about 20 minutes from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport by car or rideshare, making arrivals and departures seamless. From the property, you’re just minutes to Lake Harriet and Bde Maka Ska, and a short drive (10–15 minutes) to downtown Minneapolis. The area is easy to navigate by car, bike, or rideshare, with quick access to main roads and nearby attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.



No Smoking: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the house. Please smoke outside.



Pet Policy: We adore pets, but unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to this policy.



Quiet Enjoyment: Respect for fellow residents and neighbors is paramount. Please keep noise levels at a considerate level, especially during quiet hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.



Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the house is as indicated in your booking details. Hosting additional overnight guests without prior approval is not permitted.



Monitoring: We have camera's outside of the home for your safety. It will be recording during the reservations. Tampering with these will result in a fine.



Security: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal. Security deposit of $250 will be required before check in.

Seamless Check-In: We'll provide you with a unique keyless entry code before your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience. No need to worry about coordinating key handoffs or arrival times.
