Quiet North Side Luxury Home with Hot Tub
This stylish place to stay is perfect for families wanting to enjoy all that Charlevoix has to offer. Sleeps 9 and also has a full sized crib. 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. One bath has a tub, the other two have walk in showers. Two laundry rooms. Kitchen is fully equipped. Hot tub. Grill. Beautiful trex decking. Sprinkler system does all the watering of the gorgeous outdoor flowers. This home is just waiting for you to come and enjoy it. All bedrooms have room darkening window treatments.
The space
This home has a first floor master with a king sized bed. There is an attached full bath with a washer and dryer in the master suite. There is another bedroom with a king sized bed and full bath and laundry facilities in the basement of the home. The basement bedroom has an egress window. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and another full bath with a tub. There is also a loft on the second floor. All bedrooms are carpeted. There are toys at this home. The hot tub is clean and new. There are french doors going out to the deck off the dining room and there are french doors going out to the hot tub area of the deck directly out of the master suite.

Our entire home is accessible to our guests, with the exception of 2 owners closets.
