Finca Sergio is located approx. 5 km from Puerto Alcúdia in a rural and peaceful setting. The coastal town has a wonderful long sandy beach, which is approx. 6.5 km away, and the inland town of Alcúdia is approx. 5.8 km away.

Alcúdia offers a very beautiful, historic town centre with a pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The associated harbour Puerto Alcúdia offers a colourful range of leisure activities and varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants from exclusive to family-friendly on the harbour promenade. The almost 7 kilometre long sandy beach in the bay of Alcúdia is fine sandy and slopes gently into the sea. Water rats will find a wide range of water sports on offer here and surfers and kite surfers will find a rewarding spot!

Pollença with its beautiful old town is approx. 9.5 kilometres away and can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car. This small town has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, there is a popular market in the narrow streets, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

Finca Sergio is a charming holiday home in a quiet rural area. The beautifully landscaped garden offers a marvellous view of the Serra de Tramontana mountains in the distance.

The house is completely on one level, bright and modernly furnished. Traditional elements have been skilfully integrated and give the house its special flair. The entrance leads directly into the living area with dining table, comfortable sofas, a decorative fireplace, exposed beam ceiling and large double doors that lead directly onto the terrace and into the garden. A round arch leads into the beautiful country-style kitchen, which is fully equipped. Next to it is a utility room which houses the washing machine.

The master bedroom with double bed has fitted wardrobes and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and also have fitted wardrobes. They share a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms with set operating times (10 hours per day). Central heating is also available in the low season if required.

Finca Sergio has a well-kept outdoor area with lawns and a beautiful pool. The house has a lovely furnished terrace with lounge furniture. By the pool there is a lovely BBQ house with a brick-built charcoal grill, work surface, sink, dining table and small lounge area. A table tennis table is available.

Children are welcome. A baby cot and a high chair are available free of charge.
