Beautiful villa & pool in Pollensa 8 pax

Beautiful Mallorcan Villa located in a quiet and privileged area on the outskirts of Pollensa, surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful garden with a large pool, lawn and a fantastic barbecue. It has 4 bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor), 4 bathrooms (2 of them en suite) and one outside. Large fully equipped kitchen, large covered terrace and cozy dining room with decorative fireplace. Satellite TV and Internet (Wifi included).
Air conditioning in all rooms. Covered terrace, garden terrace with barbecue and ping-pong table. Chill-out with two large beds "a really cozy space where you can relax and enjoy the views".
The Villa is approximately 3 kilometers from the emblematic town of Pollensa where you can find numerous shops, restaurants and entertainment venues, to enjoy a formidable atmosphere and spend a pleasant time. Also just 3 km away is the bay of Puerto de Pollensa with its beautiful white sand beaches and its spectacular promenade, where different beach bars are located, where you can eat and drink while sunbathing.
We recommend renting a vehicle to move more comfortably. The residential area is very quiet, there are beautiful paths to have a walk through the countryside. The house has a welcome book where you will find places to go hiking, eating, diving ... Fully recommended for cyclists due to its connectivity with the different cycle-tourist routes. Ideal place !!

Nice Finca in a beautiful garden

Highlight of this Finca is certainly the very Nixe Garden with lots of flowers and orange trees. Very nice swimming pool and table tennis. Nice veranda for breakfast and diner outside. The house had everything we needed, perfectly clean and a nice atmosphere. Our hosts were always available and very helpful

Great villa for a family

This is a lovely villa in a quiet location with a variety of fantastic outdoor spaces. It is only a few minutes drive away from either Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia. The communication with Marga, the host, was great and she was very helpful and accomodating. The AC in every room was very welcome in the 34ºC heat! We really enjoyed the 12 nights that we stayed there and would definitely visit again

Paradise Garden

We absolutely loved our stay at the Finca. Very beautiful and peaceful place. The garden is stunning with a big pool and so many beautiful terraces and plants very calming and relaxing. Marga is very nice and easy going. We felt completely at home. The location is great: close to Pollenca and the port, still very remote from other tourists .The mattresses could be a bit harder but aside from this small detail, everything perfect. We will come again

Beautiful private oasis close to everywhere

Beautiful private villa between Pollenca old town and the port. Lovely villa with lots of communal space, really large beautiful pool in gorgeous and totally private grounds. No neighbours overlooking. The Terrace was a real highlight. Marga was a joy to deal with. Great communication, really friendly and always there to help you.

A peaceful and relaxing holiday

We were a couple visiting C'an Serra to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The villa is a delight! Everything is very clean and well looked after especially the lovely gardens. The pool and chill out area were a joy. The location is very quiet and private but only 5 mins drive one way to Llenaire in Pto Pollenca or the other way to the town and supermarkets. Marga was a delightful and co-operative host who quickly answered the few queries we had. All in all a very enjoyable holiday at C'an Serra.

Beautiful garden villa on the country side with great host

We spent 9 nights together with another family. The garden and the pool is the highlight of the villa. Absolutely fabolous! Fruit trees with pears, persimon, avocado, oranges, lemons, lime, grapes etc. Only 3 km to Pollença, with great roads for walking, cycling and just indulge the Mallorcan countryside. We had a few problem with the dishwasher which was rapdily fixed by the host, so if any problem arise you will get help asap.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful week staying here, it was the perfect base for our family holiday! The outside area is brilliant, a beautiful garden with a big pool which we spent loads of time in. There is lots of outside spaces to relax, comfy loungers, a fabulous terrace with day beds. There is also a shaded porch with a big dining table where we ate every day! The villa was well equipped inside and has aircon which was welcome on hot days. The villa it's self is very private which we loved but also only a short drive away from supermarkets and some really beautiful beaches! Marga, the host, was very friendly and accommodating and gave us some good tips for exploring the local area. Thank you for a great stay, we would definitely come back again in the future!

Great villa - would stay again

Couldn’t fault the Villa or the host Pool and OS beautiful Would have been 5 stars if not for 2 issues that are not a long term problem being the noise from two new villas being built next door which are nearly finished And The neighbour who decided to use a power sander every day for most of the afternoon but again he must be finished now as he must have run out of wood to sand :-) Lastly there were a lot of mossies that really liked my legs

Lovely villa in the countryside

A very nice, traditional and peaceful villa with beautiful gardens and views set in the countryside near Pollença and Porta Pollença. A car is essential. Although there are 4 bathrooms one of these is outside. There is lots of lovely outdoor space and a lovely swimming pool. The shower in the shared bathroom doesn’t drain very well and the single bed mattresses could be more comfortable. The villa is well resourced. Marga, the host, is very welcoming and she provided much useful information about the area. We had a great break thank you very much.

Thank you for your nice comments regarding the pool and outside spaces. We have taken note of the shower not draining properly, however if you had let us know about this during the midweek checkup message we could of fixed the problem immediately with just a little bit of drain cleaner. Regarding the single bed mattresses, as some people prefer either softer or harder matress, we decided on renewing the matresses to put intermediate ones for the benefit of all our guests, that is to say, neither hard or soft but somewhere inbetween. It was a pleasure to meet you and thankyou for staying with us in Villa Can Serra, we hope to see you again in the future. Best Regards.Marga

Villa spacieuse et confortable

C’est un villa spacieuse et confortable avec 4 chambres bien meublées avec un décoration un peu désuète.Une famille de 4 adultes et 2 enfants ont bien apprécié la grande piscine et la magnifique terrasse avec sa table pour les repas extérieurs. L’emplacement est à l’écart de la ville de Pollença , soit à environ 5 minutes en automobile tandis la plage de Port de Pollensa est accessible en moi s de 10 minutes. Par contre , les routes menant à la villa sont très étroites sur une distance de 3 km. L’endroit est très tranquillle et reposant.La chambre des maîtres avec sa salle de bain adjacente est appréciable. La villa est bien climatisée. Les plages d’Alcudia et de Port Pollença sont splendides.

Sooooo schön

Für unsere Vorstellungen perfekte Lage und Anbindung. Wunderbarer, liebevoll gepflegter Garten. Die elektrischen Geräte und die Warmwasserversorgung funktionierten einwandfrei, die Klimaanlagen und den Fernseher haben wir nicht benutzt. Stabiles Internet, auch zum Arbeiten. Sehr guter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Im Haus eine aktuelle mehrsprachige Infomappe. Wir kämen gern wieder. Danke, Marga!

Wunderbar!

Wunderschöne Lage inmitten ruhiger Natur, trotzdem sehr gute Strassenanbindung. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, ein Gärtner betreut regelmäßig den großzügigen Garten. Der Rasen selbst wird jede Nacht per Sprinkleranlage gewässert. Der Pool ist groß und sehr gut geschnitten. Besonderes Highlight ist die chill out area auf einer Art Dachterrasse. Es stehen ausreichend Liegen zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und allesamt mit Klimaanlage versorgt. Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine in sehr guten Zustand. Sehr sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Wifi ist extrem stabil und hat eine sehr große Bandbreite. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Villa. Pollenca als auch port de pollenca, Formentor, Alcudia und Le Braseria sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen!
