This house is located in the Las Palmeras area of Port de Pollensa Mallorca and is a mere 15 minutes stroll from both the sandy beach and the thriving centre of the port.
The house itself offers 4 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size double bed , the other bedrooms have twin single beds . There are 2 bathrooms on the first floor, (one being an en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with a walk in shower).
The house has full air conditioning throughout including the bedrooms.
The ground floor has a delightful lounge area with satellite TV, DVD player and CD player with radio.
The dining area has ample seating and a separate kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet and wash basin.
Outside :-
External features are a private swimming pool (depth of 2.4mtrs to 1.2 mtrs at the shallowest point), a purpose built barbecue with separate al fresco dining area and chairs. there is a sun lounge area with sun beds along with a shaded canopy area and a hard surface area .

lovely holiday, the villa was spotlessly clean and more of a home from home feel about it. As mentioned the pool is deep but our 7 year old loved it for jumping in and playing. (inflatables left by previous guests were an added bonus!!). Plenty of space for us, nice quiet location and a 15 minute walk to the beach

Lovely clean house, perfect area. A bit of a walk (20 - 25 mins) to Puerto Pollensa. Small but pricey shop nearby. Lots of issues but the host was very attentive and tried his best to sort them out; unfortunately this did not work but he did his best. We enjoyed the pool.

Vista Montana Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday staying at vista Montana. The house was beautiful and all the little extra touches made us feel so at home there. Easy walk to the beach and town and handy bus stop for trips to Pollenca old town. Well stocked supermarket just over the road for essentials. We went across to the duva apartments for drinks and entertainment occasionally which was nice.

Fantastic Villa , Great Location

Perfect for our Needs - Pool was great for us adults and 4 20 year olds , Aircon was a welcome addition some nights, Kitchen well stocked with all the Items you would expect - Lounge Diner, very spacious - Outside space is excellent bedrooms perfect, good views accross the estate and Mountains , felt very private if we had a pool day Used washing machine, oven , bbq , dishwasher all great Sure there is more stuff to say about the Villa Montana - We had a fantastic holiday and It was more than made perfect by the quality of our accommodation

Wonderful property

We loved our stay at this property, the pictures in the listing don’t quite do it justice, the pool and outside area is fantastic, with plenty of room. Inside the whole place was spotless, we stayed with two teenage lads in this really spacious villa. We loved the en-suite in our room and the beds were very comfortable throughout. Location for us was great, we didn’t hire a car, with a small well stocked supermarket a few hundred yards away with a couple of local bar restaurants with a larger supermarket still within easy walking distance and all the bars and restaurants of puerto Pollença a 10-15 minute stroll away. Great communication pre holiday and during our break. Would love to stay here again.

Great Villa

We're just back from spending 2 weeks at Vista Montana - we had a great time. A mix of teenagers, young adults (and a couple of older adults). The photos in the website don't do the villa justice - it's much bigger in real life. It's nice and clean and the pool guy comes every few days to clean it too. There have been a few reviews mentioning the depth of the pool. It is quite deep, but we had a great time - a few floaties and we spent a lot of time playing in the pool. There are plenty sun loungers - which are absolutely fine. The location is good - about 20mins walk to the square. Roger is a great host who was really friendly and easy to deal with throughout the process. He was very patient and put up with me sending loads of questions from our group before the holiday as well as during it; always very quick to respond!

Great Villa!

This a great villa! Spacious, airconditioned lounge/dining room with plenty of seating and huge doors which can be opened to the garden. The master ensuite is large and comfortable with balcony and all bedrooms have aircon too. The kitchen is functional, although a little dark, but has everything u need while on holiday including a filtered tap for drinking water. Outside space is exactly what we needed for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children aged 10, 10 and 17). Yes, the sun loungers could do with an upgrade but we just tightened the cords and they were fine and comfortable. The pool is a great size, even when we were all in it! 1.4m at the steps and then 1.6m sloping to 2.4m so jumping in and even shallow diving was possible. Outdoor cooking and dining space is plentiful, with brick BBQ and another smaller freestanding option - seating for 8 around the large table and a second smaller table. Location was perfect for us, with the local mini-mart only a 2min walk which we used for fresh bread and croissants each morning. Larger supermarket less than 10 min walk down the main road for a wider range and your "big shop". The closet beach is about 12-15 min walk which we used for paddle boarding and you can walk to the northern beaches of Puerto Pollenca in about 30mins if u wish. We'd definitely go back - Thanks Roger!!

Good sized accommodation with great pool and good amenities

The location is pretty good, just over a km from the port and the beach. Nearby there is a bus stop and local shop / bar. There is also a large supermarket within reasonable walking distance. Parts of the accommodation are modern and light, but some parts are a little tired, but it is understandable as it is a rental. The sunloungers could do with some TLC and the garden furniture needed a clean. The pool is great, deep, cool and fun. The lounge area is a good size and having UK TV for wimbledon was great 😉 The main bedroom is a super size, the other three bedrooms are quite small, but perfectly usable. In an ideal world there would have been one more bathroom - we were six and coped, but getting ready in the evening time was the time we noticed most. We had good support locally with a minor issue with aircon we had. All fixed quickly. Roger is very easy to liaise with and I am sure if we had a real issue he would have sorted quickly. The local area is a little run down in parts and not anything anybody could resolve but sometimes there was a smell in the general air - possibly due to the drains nearby (not in the apartment for clarity, but on the streets nearby). The kitchen looks like it has been refurbed recently, is nice and light and is fully stocked with anything you may need. All in all a good find. We had fun, loved puerto pollensa and found the bus service excellent.

Great choice for a family holiday

We've stayed in a number of different villas in this area. What we really liked about this one was the family friendly layout and amenities. The air con was great and was very much needed during our stay. Communications with the owner were brilliant and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. We had no problems with the pool being deep and the children were happy for hours splashing around! Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Stayed July 2022 with family. The villa is fairly spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was essential and great as we arrived in the middle of a heat wave. The pool was great however it’s a lot lot deeper than we realised. The shallow end is really small and literally goes from shallow to deep with no incline. This was an issue for children and some adults who all required life jackets in the pool for safety. The villa is slightly dated and wasn’t quite what we expected on arrival, however this didn’t impact on our holiday. A walk in shower would have been good. There are 2 showers located in the bathrooms (in baths) - no walk in showers at all which was problematic for disabled guests. Fran was excellent, on arrival we discovered a wasps nest on the balcony which was dealt with within an hour of reporting, he was extremely helpful thought-out the holiday supporting us when we needed a doctor and always responding promptly to any queries we had. This was really helpful and very much appreciated. The area itself was very quiet, the international shop is literally minutes walk away. The larger supermarket Eroski is a bit further and in extreme heat pretty tasking to walk to. We didn’t hire a car, however I would recommend it particularly if you have elderly guests or young children. We had 2 wheelchairs and it was pretty challenging in the heat. The villa is pretty well equipped with everything we needed, simple adjustments would have been good for example the drying rack was broken and hard to use. The outdoor space is fab, very private and not overlooked at all. Overall we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend, however the depth of the pool would restrict me from visiting again.

Great House in a Very Good Location

We stayed here with our daughter and son-in-law and two grandchildren aged 4 and 2. The communication with the owner, Roger, was very good and he sent us the keys in advance. The house is lovely and big and pretty comprehensively equipped - good selection of kitchen cookware, TV, wifi etc. We cooked in every night so the BBQ was much appreciated, but we never quite mastered the oven finding whatever setting we put it on it seemed far too hot. The air-con was much appreciated in the bedrooms at night. The children loved the big garden and especially the pool - although as other reviewers have said there is no shallow area for children so just be aware. However that didn't stop our little ones from becoming water babes for the fortnight, alternating between the pool and the nearby beach and sea. We bought a small paddling pool for the two year old while we were there, but to be honest she preferred the pool, happily floating and playing with arm-bands on. The nearest beach is about 20 minutes gentle walk away and we were glad we had hired a car so we could get the children to and from the beach with the minimum of fuss. Also it was just a little far for the 4 year old to walk in the heat. The beach itself is lovely - big, sandy and warm shallow water with a very good beach-bar catering for all our lunchtime needs. Just a couple of minutes from the house are are two restaurants and a little International supermarket. We didn't really use the restaurants as we cooked in, although we did buy a take-away mixed paella from one of them, but to be honest we weren't impressed. The taste was lovely but the chicken was all bony and the shellfish a mass of shell. The little supermarket was very friendly and stocks most essentials, albeit at a premium price as you might expect. There is a large Eroski supermarket about a mile away and in the other direction a couple of miles is another big Eroski and also a large Lidl store, both of which we tended to use for our supplies. So all in all we had a fantastic stay in this lovely house and would certainly go again. Many thanks. Just a quick "Airport" heads-up for families taking buggies. We thought our buggy had been lost in transit when we arrived at Palma Airport. However after a lucky chat with another family it seems that buggies can be considered "large items" and may be delivered to a totally different carousel. Our cases were on no. 3, the buggy turned up on no.17 - no-one mentioned this to us, so be aware.

Wonderful post-lockdown getaway

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Montana. It was our first time away since everything with COVID, and we couldn't ask for a better experience. The villa itself is very spacious, we were at full occupancy but still felt like there was plenty of room. Great space for hanging around both inside and outside. And stocked with a variety of lazy holiday entertainment basics - TV with DVD player and a good amount of family-friendly DVDs to choose from, stereo, and a few board games. Kitchen was well stocked with cookery, dishes, and utensils. There was also a nice welcome set of essentials in the fridge - milk, butter, etc. Air conditioning was great, we didn't use it in the living space as we preferred having the sliding doors open and fans for a breeze. But it was essential for a good night's sleep, and it was great that each room had it's own unit that you could control. The pool was absolutely wonderful. Great size and very clean. The only thing to be aware of is there isn't any shallow area for younger children - not that it stopped ours from being in the pool nonstop. If you are staying with young children just be sure to bring floaties, or you can also purchase some from any of the shops in town. Speaking of shops - there's a wonderful international store that's about a 5 minute walk from the villa, that's family owned and operated. It's a great place to get essentials and indulge in their fresh bread selection - we ended up getting fresh pastries from them every morning. Location of the villa is great as well, as you can easily walk 20min to the main port area and beach that has loads of different restaurants, cafes, and shops. We also rented bikes to travel a bit further out, which was easy to do as well. So no real need to rent a car if you stay here. The only "issue" we really had was with the wifi - it wasn't that strong. Only seemed to really work if you kept inside on the ground floor. Had trouble connecting if you were upstairs in a bedroom or outside around the pool. It wasn't that big of a deal for us, if anything it kept us from being on our phones/tablets all the time :) All in all I would highly recommend booking a stay at Vista Montana, and would happily stay here again should we come back for another visit.

Fantastic home from home in a great location

I spend many hours trawling the internet every year to find a villa which ticks all of the boxes for our annual family holiday and Vista Montana couldn't have been more perfect. It is a home from home with everything you could possibly need - lots of outdoor space, brilliant pool, aircon so the nights were comfortable, wifi to keep the kids happy - but there were also some great extras like the welcome pack of food basics and also loads of beach towels. The location was perfect as we do not want to drive when we are on holiday - we could get everything we needed on foot from the two local supermarkets and there was a huge range of bars and restaurants within easy access in the port. The bus is also really good for getting to other towns/resorts. Finally, communication with the owners was also great with the keys being sent in advance and the villa being available for us when we arrived. If I have my way we will be back this time next year! Thank you

A week in Pollensa

The whole booking process from start to finish was extremely easy. We found the property on the website and decided it was the one for our week away. Property was exactly as stated in the description and unusually there was plenty of space and crockery for the 8 people this property could accommodate. Pool and table tennis table were a welcome addition and our lads (16 & 20) enjoyed their week away after exams. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and even arranged for the local representative to open the drive gates so we could park our hire car close to the villa. All in all, a great villa, for a great price in a fantastic area.

Had a fabulous holiday in this lovely villa. An easy walk to the very pretty port which has lots of shops and nice restaurants. We didn't have a car but found it easy to get out and about. We would all love to return and explore the area and island more.

Lovely family villa in a good location...

We have just returned from a brilliant 10 days in Porta Pollenca staying in this villa. We were a party of 2 families and we all agreed that the villa was perfect for us - very clean and tidy with a good layout. One of the things we loved were all the little laid back homely touches - extra pool/beach towels available to borrow; books, dvds and games on the shelf; tea bags and dishwasher tablets in the cupboards; spare plug adapters for when your husband has packed the wrong ones! The outdoor area was great - plenty of outdoor furniture - tables, chairs and loungers - to provide the different spaces you need for eating, sunbathing or playing cards! The pool was lovely and again was very clean and well looked after. We used the pool everyday - a LOT ! Our only observation would be that there is no shallow area for the smaller children to enter the pool and play. I think the minimum depth was 1.4m which meant that none of our children were actually able to reach the floor in any part of the pool and whilst this was not a problem for us (it certainly didn't stop them from swimming and playing for hours AND was very good for improving their diving!) it's worth just knowing so that you remember to pack the arm bands for any little ones and/or non-swimmers! The location was also very good - supermarket, beaches and restaurants all within walking distance. And finally - correspondence with the owners was excellent - they couldn't have been more helpful! We would definitely recommend this property and would certainly consider staying there again.

Fantastisk hus beliggende i gåafstand fra havnen i Puerto Pollenca og indkøbsmuligheder.

Vi boede i Vista Montana i uge 31 - 2018, og var positiv overrasket over villaen. Alt er som på billederne. Stor og rummelig hus med rigelig plads til 8 personer, 3 badeværelser og også WIFI som ikke er nævnt i beskrivelsen. Poolområdet er utroligt lækkert og her blev der brugt mange timer. Bemærk at håndklæder, og sengelinned er inkl. også. Det står ikke nævnt. Vi ankom til midnat og indehaverne var søde at sørge for morgenmad klar i køleskabet så vi slap for at handle ind. Vi benyttede taxi selskabet som indehaverne af huset anbefalede til transport til/fra lufthavnen, og her var der bare styr på alt også, og fik lynhurtig svar på vores spørgsmål. Alt i alt en fantastisk villa i et roligt område i periferien af Puerto Pollenca, og en fantastisk ferie. Vi kunne klart finde på at leje villaen igen.
