This is a full private compound in Pensacola's
historic East Hill neighborhood — two complete
homes wrapped around Tommy's legendary Zen Garden.
Book it all and it's entirely yours.

THE EAST HILL JAZZ HOUSE (Front)
A century-old Sears Roebuck catalog home bursting
with colorful art, hand-painted tiles, and musical
soul. King poster bed, twin room, full kitchen,
Bluetooth sound system, and a covered back porch
with its own grill. This house has personality —
and it's contagious.

TOMMY'S ZEN GARDEN (The Heart)
Hot tub under the stars. Outdoor tropical shower.
Winding paths through lush plantings. Frogs,
butterflies, lizards, and squirrels around every
corner. Something always blooming, no matter the
season. Guests call it "a retreat somewhere far
away", and they're right.

TOMMY'S ZEN COTTAGE (Back of the garden)
Private entrance. Queen loft bed. Queen sofa
sleeper. A clawfoot tub made for long soaks.
Covered back porch with daybed, ceiling fans, and
its own dedicated grill. A world unto itself ;
tucked quietly away at the back of the garden.
