Guest Access:

You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the spacious screened pool area with ample seating, sun loungers, and a propane fire pit — perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day.



Enjoy pool toys and floats during your stay, and take advantage of the dedicated BBQ area just off the patio for easy outdoor dining.



The A/C Game Room in the garage offers endless entertainment for all ages!



Parking is available for up to four mid-size cars in the driveway, with additional street parking nearby.



For your convenience, you’ll receive a unique keyless entry code at check-in, allowing everyone in your group easy, secure access without keeping track of keys.



Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is located on the back end of a circle and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors consist of military families and retirees.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended to get around. Short Uber/Taxi ride to downtown.



Other Things to Note:

☀ Pool Heat:

The pool heater is set to 88°F when in use; however, water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions. When overnight temperatures consistently drop below 60°F, the heater will not operate effectively and may be turned off for the season (typically December–February).



🧺 Starter Essentials:

To make your arrival easy, we provide a starter supply of essentials including:



Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)



Paper towels (1 roll)



Hand soap



Dish soap + sponge



A few dishwasher pods



A few laundry pods



These are meant to get you comfortably settled in for the first day or two. If additional supplies are needed, guests can replenish as desired during their stay.
