Lovely home near a little lake with geese, prairie dogs, and even a little ruddy duck. Great spot for the family with a game room and backyard patio. Clean and comfortable.
The house and location are ideal. The yard could use some trimming. The outside trash cans were full. There is something like a camera on the back deck. Every now and then a blue and or red light would appear on it.

My husband and I rented this house for almost 3 weeks in June. There were quite a few issues on arrival, but the manager, Melissa was responsive, which is a big plus, and things eventually fell into place. This house has some great attributes and a few downsides. The area is quiet and convenient to the highway, and the mall. There’s a public golf course close by with a great restaurant. Other restaurants arealso nearby, There’s a nice walk-around lake with wild life just a couple of hundred yards away. The game room is large, bright and airy. The kitchen is well-lit and well stocked. There’s a private outdoor seating area that’s really nice, though outside maintenance could be better. The master bedroom and bath are really large, but the upstairs tends to be warm, even with the air-con working. Happily, cool nights. The other two bedrooms share a small bath, so IMHO the house is best for 2-6 people. The downsides: the living room and dining room are quite dark, with insufficient lighting — the photos make it seem MUCH brighter.than it is All the bedrooms are upstairs, and the stairs are steep. The TV does not have cable, so no ABC, NBC, etc. But has paramount plus. Best to bring your own streaming. There were no suitcase stands, nor a Dustbuster. Some of the kitchen stuff, like the cutting boards, the small frypan, the salt shaker are ready to be replaced. It would have been a plus to have a write-up about what to know about the house and what to do in the area,
Overall this was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for a family and our teenagers especially loved the game room. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, but not too far from downtown Flag and plenty of things near by. The description of the house matches the listing but keep in mind all those other extra photos not of the house are for the country club which guests do not have access to with the rental. To me that comes across as confusing. The beds were comfortable, but I agree with another reviewer that too much light comes into the master bedroom in the morning as there is a window right above the bed so if that’s something that would bother you, keep that in mind. Another reviewer mentioned the upstairs being warm, but I didn’t find that to be the case once we figured out how to turn the schedule off on the AC control so that we could set it ourselves as well as have the ceiling fans going. The backyard was also lovely and enjoyed sitting out back in the evenings and for morning coffee.
