Spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. Easy access to I-40 and US-89. Scenic drive to Sedona and easy access to PHX via I-17.Quiet neighborhood. Deep sleep in 1st floor bedroom. Some occasional ambient exterior noise—front bedroom upstairs.Good value. We’d definitely stay again.

Great location!

The house was in a great location. It was nice to be able to walk or run to get coffee in the morning. The house was stocked with everything you needed to cook which was a huge plus for us. The property manager was great at communicating with us and checking in with us. He also left snacks and a bottle of wine (we don’t drink but I know that’s a huge plus for most people). Thanks again!

The perfect rental home!

Our stay was amazing! Check in was super easy, house had a guide book with all the information you could need! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine! The house was VERY spacious, rooms were huge! Plenty of rest rooms! Great game room, streaming services were easy to connect on the TVs. The house had everything you could ask for! Dishes, towels, pack n plays!! High chair!! Soap, laundry soap, trash bags, toilet paper, everything you could need PLUS SOME! Corn hole and fire pit in the back yard, ice coolers! Very accommodating and comfortable house! Great stay!
