Week stay in July 2026

Our stay at BeachED OIB was great! The place was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. All the beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill outside worked out great! The views were amazing! I loved to have my morning coffee out on the back deck overlooking the ocean and the bay. We saw dolphins in the bay, deer in the field and of course all the turtles in the pond. We can’t wait to be back next year!! We highly recommend BeachED OIB.

Relaxing and beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at your lovely condo. The house was fully equipped to cook and also with beach accessories, such as a wagon (we couldn't fit one in the car). We were blessed with great weather. We choose to drive to the pool/restaurant (maybe 1 mile) and park so my kids could go back and forth between the pool and beach. The pool snacks and drinks were delicious there. Next time we will rent a golf cart to make things easier. The decorations were beautiful and I loved all the updates. The condo was spacious and loved the deck. My kids fed the turtles (and a gator). The house had a great collection of books and games as well. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a great time staying here during our family vacation. The elevator was critical since one member of the family uses a wheelchair. A bathroom with each bedroom was great, and the recliners in the living room were very comfortable.

Over all the property is a nice property ,however the issues with the door lock, and the fact that there were items found in the property that didn't belong was kind of disturbing. The property management company tended to be a little on the rude side.

sorry the lock was giving you issues but glad you had a key during your stay. We have replaced the lock so it's good now. Not sure what you found during your stay but I reached out to find out about this so we can make sure they are gone, nothing was reported to us.

Girls Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the property. There was plenty of space for our group of 6.I've stayed at many beach properties and can honestly say, this one was very well-stocked and one of the cleanest, well-maintained properties I've ever booked. Communication was excellent by the management company and a few minor issues were quickly addressed. The walk to the beach isn't too bad and there is a beach cart available for use, but there are steps to navigate. Be aware that only single pole wind shadesor umbrellas are allowed. Property has great marsh and a partial ocean view and we loved watching the turtles and a little gator from the balcony. Elevator was much needed due to 3rd floor location and arrival/departure would be difficult if it weren't available for use. Keeping these things in mind, don't hestiate to book! :-)

Nice view. Quick response when needed.

The place was nice and has a nice view (but the view is not the ocean). But the walk to the ocean is not all that far.We were worried that the elevator might break and two of our group have mobility issues with stairs. But the elevator was fine. We did have a couple of toilets that kept running, and they quickly got someone to fix them. He had to go to Shallote for parts, but shut off the flow until he got back. They responded very quickly to text messages about this and about another slight issue.

Can’t wait to come back!!!

The property was clean, neat with beautiful views! The design was bright, clean and gives all throughout , from the moment you pull into the driveway , to closing your eyes in your bed! We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner together in the balcony, turtle watching! We will be making this an annual trip as a family. Kelly was so great to work with and answered any and all questions we had too! My kids didn’t want to leave!!
