My sister and I (and our respective partners) were in town visiting our brother and his family. This was the perfect home base for the four of us. Clean, convenient, and with some great coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Sharon was a great host and checkin/checkout was super easy. Would gladly stay here again next time we visit!

This is a very nice, well maintained property; clean and functional. It is located in a slightly inconvenient location "especially for someone from the country ". Worth the price. It should that both bedrooms are upstairs; inconvenient for mobility impaired.

The apartment was clean however, it strongly smelt of weed. Everything creaked including the beds and bathtub. Was disappointed the fridge ice and water was not hooked up, and one of the beds is slightly larger than the frame so if you move a lot it’s easy to roll off. Aside from those, it was a good choice. Easy to get into, decent sized kitchen, and large screen television already connected to streaming services in the living room.

We had a wonderful time at the townhouse. It was in a great location near the stadium. The whole place was very clean and comfortable. Now that I'm familiar with the traffic in Charlotte, I would say that I would stay there again. The restaurants nearby was a plus also.
