The property is lovely and exactly as described. A cozy place in a quiet location. Essentials were already in place when we arrived: clean cooking and dining dishes, soaps (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), toilet paper, towels, clean made beds, etc. I cannot stress enough how comfortable the beds were!! The host was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend this stay for your trip!

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, everything was clean, and the bedrooms were comfortable. Main issue was there was only one tv in the whole house (in the living room). Would have enjoyed a tv in each of the bedrooms. Overall nice property.

Very cute house with a great backyard located in a little cul-de-sac lot. We loved the privacy and space. The house is stocked very minimally- great place if you don’t need much. Only complaint about cleanliness is the floors felt sticky and turned our feet black. I would stay here again, just bring slippers or extra socks.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay, it was clean and close to the downtown area. Our host, Maria, was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. If the weather permits, enjoy the backyard, it's very cozy. Don't expect and thrills , it's very basic, no TVs in the bedroom, but nice. When we first arrived, we were a little concerned with the neighborhood, but we had absolutely no issues. It was nice and quiet. Overall, great stay, especially for the price.

We stayed here for a concert weekend because the location was convenient, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the master bedding and bathroom were not cleaned to an acceptable standard. There were crumbs and stains on the bed, debris on the bathroom rug, and trash/used bedding left behind from previous guests. The sheets also had a very strong smell of men’s cologne, which made us question whether the bedding had been freshly laundered. I sent photos through VRBO, but never received a response through the platform. I eventually had to text the host directly.Later that evening, I discovered the shower would only produce lukewarm water, even after letting it run for several minutes. I reached out again to ask if there was an issue with the hot water, but I never received a response.The location was convenient, but cleanliness and communication are important when staying at a vacation rental. Unfortunately, both fell short during our stay.The property’s location was convenient for the concert, but the surrounding neighborhood did not match our expectations and did not feel particularly safe.Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

The house was nice on the outside. The inside smelled like it used to be a bar. The old smoke smell and copious amounts of air fresheners to try to cover it up set off my wife’s asthma and we had to leave immediately. We were not even in the house for 5 minutes. The neighbors were having a loud party and this was 11pm when we got there expecting to find a quiet and clean home to lay our heads for the night. We ended up at the Hyatt a few miles away for 225 for the night with free breakfast. At least there we knew it was going to be clean, quiet and refundable if there was an issue. We contacted both the owner and VRBO and owner did not respond, VRBO told us sorry you are stuck with a place you can’t use. Do not rent here.. stinks, loud neighbors and will get stuck in a crappy situation.

Upon arrival we couldn't put in the door code right away because the battery was low and wouldn't accept it. I messaged the host and she responded within 4 min and assisted me in resolving the issue( which was wonderful)! The property is surrounded by trees on a quiet secluded road,however, the area is not the best. Hense why there are no pictures of the surrounding areas. The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are very comfortable!! Making a good night's rest or nap a dream. Water pressure in ensuit restroom was very low and the bathroom in the hall area got clogged once during the stay. We purchased drain-o and that issue was quickly resolved. The washer was of no use,only the dryer worked. Messaged the host and she had the cleaning lady come over and take note of everything. She also brought more garbage bags,paper towels and dish soap.There were also ants by the front door consistently until we found the bug spray under the kitchen sink, then that problem was fixed. The backyard is spacious and to be admired. Very serene, quiet and private.Overall, the seller communicated as expected. The property is well kept, clean and centrally located. We did find a really nice eating spot, about 13 min away,called "Ruby Sunshine" and it was wonderful!! Great food/drinks, lively atmosphere and reasonably priced.Would definitely recommend staying here!

Convenient location, house very nice, beds comfortable. The plug ins were overwhelming, we left them unplugged in a bag d on kitchen counter.There were many people in the left house on Friday night, partying and music blasting most of the night. Appeared everyone had vacated when we left at 7:30am. Couch quite low w and uncomfortable. Towel rack in #1 bath needs stabilized. Back yard very nice! House much nicer than surrounding neighborhood. Overall a great place to spend a few days. Thank you for you hospitality.

I usually reserve hotel rooms when traveling but no more. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the space and having a kitchen to cook if didn't want to spend extra money eating out. I most definitely will be going through VRBO from now on.
