A most excellent place to stay. We felt very comfortable and at home while there. The host was communicative when needed and very accommodating to any request we made. The guest house is in a very nice, quiet residential area and perfectly maintained. All the amenities necessary were provided. Loved it and will book the same place again when back in the Charlotte area.

Bernard was a great host. I accidentally booked the wrong days and this property had a no cancellation policy, which I will definitely look at next time. But he was able to move at least one of the days and refund the rest.
