Located in Orange Beach, enjoy what this 3-bedroom condo has to offer. Located on the 1st floor so no need to wait for the elevator, but still get the view! Each bedroom features a comfortable king bed, perfect for a restful night. Sleeps 6 adults comfortably and room for kids as well. The newly remodeled condo includes two bathrooms, both with showers and hair dryers for convenience. It is located in the Phoenix I condo complex and shares amenities with the Phoenix II-IV buildings, including outdoor pools, indoor pools, gym, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, racquetball courts, onsite coffee shop, BBQs, and an arcade for the kids. Parking is available for $60 per stay per vehicle if prepaid ($70 if paid day of check in). Up to 2 vehicles are allowed.
