The property was perfect for our family of 11. Conveniently located across the street from shopping centers and grocery stores. Easy access to the beach too! Rick answered all my questions and responded in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was perfect for our stay. View was great, condo was clean and had everything we needed. Having a pool and the beach right there was very nice. The walkability to stores and restaurants was so convenient. Would definitely stay again. Family loved it.

Sept. 24th - Oct. 1,2026This condo was exactly as it was described. The kitchen had everything anyone could need -a variety of pots and pans and many electrical appliances. There was a high table with 4 chairs on the balcony. as well as 4 extra chairs. Our group of girls spent every morning enjoying our coffee and that beautiful view from the balcony. The beds were all very comfortable . The living area had plenty of places to sit for our group of 7. We had such a great time at this beautiful beach. This is our fourth year to come to this area and we will certainly be returning. Rick was a great host and we will definitely rent his wonderful condo again. It was really nice of him to share his parking place with us. It took the headache out of trying to find a place to park after a late dinner. We look forward to our next girl's trip to Orange Beach!

Easy check in/out. Owner had excellent communication skills. Great location. Smaller condo building was a plus. Easy to find spots on beach, access elevators, parking spots, etc. Unit had everything that we needed for the trip. 2nd ice maker was an added bonus.

This enclave condo was in a great location, very clean , the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots & pans , It was up dated, communication with the owner was very good . We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and great view of beach. The condo had everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. The owner was very responsive when we had a question about how to operate the tv. We HIGHLY recommend this condo and hope to come back in the future.

The beds here are all very comfortable. Showers are great, kitchen is well set, balcony seating is perfect. My family has stayed at nearly all the Phoenix's and other places in the area and said Rick's condo is the nicest, roomiest they've been in.
