This beautiful 7th-floor condo at Phoenix East II can be just the spot for your next family beach vacation. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Alabama Point. Watch boats as they head out & return through Perdido Pass.

Phoenix East II is a low-density property that offers a quiet respite away from the crowds. It’s situated along a beautiful "dead-end" stretch of the coastline (hence fewer people) and is just minutes to outstanding restaurants, shopping, and all the activities and entertainment the area has to offer.

The condo can host up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, as follows:

- Primary bedroom with king size bed, private full bath, views of the beach and access to the balcony.

- Secondary bedroom with king size bed.

- Third bedroom (sleeps 6) with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a twin over full-size bed.

- 2nd full bath off hallway.

The condo also boasts a spacious living room, featuring a new leather sectional with 3 built-in recliners; a large flat-screen television; a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze; free WiFi; and a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise.

You'll also have access to all the onsite amenities, including direct beach access, the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area and sauna.

Up to two parking passes can be purchased for $55 each. A separate link will be sent to you to buy passes online in advance of your arrival. Wristbands to use all the property amenities are free of charge.

LOCAL DIRECT SUPPORT: The condo is hosted locally by a single point of contact who's just a call or text away!

SPECIAL OCCASION? If you're visiting the coast for a special occasion - birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc., we'd be happy to display some themed decorations in the condo at no extra charge! Just let us know when you book!

This is the third time to stay at this condo. Its the only one I care to stay at. It is spacious, clean and immaculately furnished. The view is breathtaking being right on the beach and the sound of the waves are so soothing. It is the perfect beachfront escape.

Comfortable beds, great views, nice community. The only thing I would say is that you have to pay an additional 55 per car to park in the parking lot and that was an unexpected expense in addition to the overall rental cost. However I do believe there are similar parking fees at other properties. Thank you for the stay!

The view included the rocky perdido pass. We would have preferred an expansive beach and ocean view. Overall, it was a nice stay. Dominique was helpful and communicative.

My group consisted of 5 women. (All over 50 years old) The balcony is fairly large and the view was great. A for the sectional sofa. It was perfect. We had plenty of options for sleeping. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo with really nice furnishings. Sectional sofa with three reclining seats was wonderful! Everything was clean. Sounds silly but it was nice to have k cups, salt, and pepper provided by the host.

The condo was very cute and spacious. Everything that we needed was already in the condo. It fit our family just perfectly. I would definitely stay in this condo again. The host was very informative and helpful. She made sure that we had everything that we needed. Definitely a great place to stay.

This was one of the best condos we have stayed in during our many trips to OB. The communication with the owner was timely, the check-in and out instructions were clear and minimal and the condo itself was pristine. There were only three of us (all adults), so we did not utilize the third bedroom which was more than adequate to accommodate more guests comfortably. The furnishings were all comfortable, with a special shoutout to the living room sofa. I don’t do a lot of walking or sunbathing on the beach in hot weather, so the balcony is my favorite spot and the table and chairs were the best. I cannot say enough good things about this condo and am already looking at booking it again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were only there for 1 night so we didn’t utilize everything, but it was fully stocked with whatever we could have needed. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. We took 8 girls for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and we had plenty of space for everyone. The view was amazing!

The property was very nice and well suited for our family. Everyone had their own bed and the beds were very comfy. The unit had a very nice size kitchen and living room space which provided a very open space for everyone to be together. The view from the balcony was beautiful. This would definitely be a place that we would enjoy returning to in the future.
