This spacious 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers a unique two-level layout—perfect for families or groups traveling together.

Upstairs features a bright and welcoming main living space with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for cooking and gathering. The open layout makes it easy to relax after a day in the sun.

Downstairs offers a private 1-bedroom suite with its own mini kitchenette and separate entrance—ideal for added privacy, extended family, or guests who struggle with stairs.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave shams on pillows and comforters on beds. Place dirty sheets inside a pillowcase from that bed and leave on the bed (helps with inventory). It’s also fine to leave the beds unmade.
If possible, start a load of towels before checkout to help prevent mildew. One detergent pod is provided in the washroom downstairs.
Double-check for personal items, turn off lights, set AC to 75 on dry mode, and lock all doors. Return any keys to the lock boxes and log out of any TV accounts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events. Only registered guests allowed unless pre-approved. Property is for quiet, family-friendly stays only.
Use the fire pit responsibly—never leave it unattended, fully extinguish after use. Treat home and outdoor spaces with care.
Please rinse off sand, people, pets, and beach toys in the outdoor shower before entering the home. Keep wet items outside or in designated areas.

What makes our property unique is the balance of togetherness and privacy. The multi-level layout gives guests space to spread out and relax while still offering great gathering areas for making memories together. Some of our favorite spots are the outdoor fire pit, hammock, and swing — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

The home has been thoughtfully renovated with comfort and cleanliness in mind, because this is truly our family’s favorite place to be.
