Out back, you’ll find a beautifully elevated deck nestled among the trees—complete with ceiling fans and even built around a natural tree trunk, creating a space that feels immersive and serene. Just beyond, a covered gazebo with picnic seating offers the perfect place to gather, share meals, or unwind in the shade. Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee or ending the night under the lights, this space was made for making memories.

Guests will enter through the front door after a short set of stairs leading to a cozy covered porch, complete with a small table and chairs—perfect for a quiet moment before heading inside.

The property was in poor shape. Front door handle was broken. Took 45 minutes to get the correct code to get in. Then when in it smelled like mildew. Fresh paint over rooted wood. Yard was full of small limbs that had fallen from the trees. Just the whole thing was in poor shape.
