The property was newly renovated and very quiet, clean and private while being very close to downtown Seattle. No neighbors in the back or on one side. There were even wild bunnies hopping around in the mornings in the empty field on the right side of the property. Host was very responsive and flexible with check in time. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Highly recommend and would stay again!
