Come stay at our refurbished 1910 Beach Bungalow on Alki Point. It has all the modern amenities and comfort while maintaining its old world charm. Our master bedroom with new queen bed has a attached exercise changing room that can be used as a third bedroom, with a aero bed and linens.
Our bungalow has a unique feature, the second bedroom with a queen bed and T.V. is downstairs. It has it's own seprate entrance along with a bathroom, sitting room and office area.
This is perfect for two couples. Due to limited space there are no bathtubs in either of the bathrooms, showers only. Our bungalow is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden that was featured in the 2003 West Seattle Garden tour. View the garden from the front porch or around back on our custom built deck, where you will find a hot tub, outdoor speakers, teak table and chairs, built in fish pond and lots of afternoon sun. A great place for sunbathing, entertaining or just relaxing with a good book.
Beach combing, birding, kayaking, sunsets, with views of the Olympics and Mount Rainier can be found on the beach three blocks to the south. Three blocks to the north puts you right in the middle of all the action on Alki Beach, with its sandy beach, boardwalk, bike path, restaurants and shops. This is a very popular beach, perfect for people watching, romantic walks, beautiful sunsets and city views.
The bus line is a half a block away from the bungalow where you can take it to downtown Seattle or catch the free shuttle at the bus stop to take you to the Water Taxi. You will enjoy a short ride across Elliot Bay to the Downtown Waterfront where you can easily walk to the Public Market, Stadiums, Pioneer Square, Convention Center, Theaters, and much more.
Return after a full day to our bungalow with all its comforts of home. Hot tub, LED flat screen TV with surround sound, full kitchen, new pillow top queen size beds, and much more, are all here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

About Pam and Tom
HI! Pam and I were born and raised in West Seattle and have lived on Alki for 26 years, where we raised our kids. We love the beach and enjoy all the activities Alki and the community has to offer. We are sure you will too!
Pam and Tom purchased this House in 1986
Why Pam and Tom chose Alki
Alki Beach fits our life style. The beaches, play fields, parks, and bike paths are features we use all the time. Being able to walk to a wide selection of quality restaurants is a plus for us too.
What makes this House unique
If it's sipping morning coffee on the front porch, or watching the fish in the pond, bird's and flowers in the garden or walking to see old growth tree's in Schmitz Park, we are sure you will experience memorable moments here at our bungalow.

Very cozy, plenty of room for everyone. Pam and Tom are really helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Great place to stay in a great locaton
West Seattle is a great area and this bungalow is a short walk from the waterfront and local waterside recreation and restaurants, etc.
The bungalow itself is fun and quirky - the collection of knick-knacks in the house and the gardens are worth exploring.
The kitchen is very well equipped and while the 'extra' food and supplies from previous guests is always going to vary depending on who has been there before you, it is probably worth inspecting the fridge and the cupboards before your first major shopping trip, you'll likely find you do not have to buy as much as you thought.
This is not luxury living but it is very very comfortable and felt like a home right way.
Overall, I loved staying here!
Everything needed for a perfect stay in Seattle
This homey little house was the perfect place for us to stay in while in West Seattle for our son's wedding. It is the best-equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We and our daughter & fiance all enjoyed the clean, private outdoor hot tub daily during our stay. Alki Beach, great restaurants, and shopping are just minutes away from this quiet neighborhood. Although the house was built in 1910, it has been beautifully remodeled and everything in it is up to date. We will definitely be back.
Great vacation getaway! A+++
Truly one of the best vacations of my life! House is beautiful and well stocked, and hot tub works great! From getting up early every day and walking to the beach to spending time in the hot tub after a long day this house has it all! About 2 blocks from the beach and about 15 min from downtown Seattle, not to mention the gorgeous drive to and from downtown. Lots of restraunts nearby and a Safeway nearby to grab groceries. I can’t say enough good things about this place 10/10
Thank you so much for the great review! It makes Tom and I so happy to know how much our guest enjoy our bungalow. We hope to see you again in the future!

Our family had a great Seattle trip staying at this quirky little bungalow. Loved the neighborhood and especially the hot tub! The perfect thing for cold and drizzly days. The house was clean and comfortable, and super easy to navigate. The kitchen was well-outfitted, which was a huge plus. Would love to stay here again!
Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and our bungalow.
You are welcome back anytime!

My sister and I had a lovely stay at the Beach Bungalow. We enjoyed the proximity to Alki Beach and enjoyed walks to dinner, and the beach. The bungalow was very charming with its gardens, koi pond and eclectic artwork. The bungalow was clean and spotless! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we cooked several meals there. I would have given it 5-stars, except it was a little inconvenient having to use the separate entrance to access the 2nd bedroom and bathroom, and downstairs area. It would have been a great set-up for two separate families or if you wanted space.
