Big Mama’s is a stylish, Caribbean-influenced, mid-century, single-story, single-family residence, fully surround-gated, mini-compound with a big back yard and smaller front one. Located one block east of St Claude Avenue, it's nestled in the ‘St.Roch/Bywater’ area. Bywater is the trendy NoLa neighborhood, less than 2 miles south of the French Quarter, close to the Mississippi River. This New Orleans house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, unlike many 'shotgun houses' in Nola each bedroom has a private entrance, with a king bed and two queens. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, making it a terrific retreat after a day of exploring. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for a night out, the pleasant atmosphere and thoughtful touches create a tremendous home-away-from-home. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The booking person needs to share the rules in the Rental Agreement with all other guests and ensure they're followed.
Checking in instructions will be emailed on the VRBO platform a day before check-in. Sometimes early check-in and late check-out times can be accommodated. Please ask in advance and we'll do our best.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
