Beautiful newly constructed home in New Orleans!

Our large new home is located in the cities historical Bywater neighborhood and is a 15 minute walk to the Flea Market, French Quarters, and other local attractions. This modern 2 bedroom 2 bath home is detached to a classic turn of the century New Orleans property. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer, family room, full-size kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooking utensils and dishware.

For your luxury, the property is equipped with smart TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the unit. There is also cottage an outdoor seating area for relaxing and having your favorite beverage. No pets or smoking permitted in the unit. Parking is on the street, but it is usually pretty easy to park out front.

Cute little place. It was clean and we enjoyed staying there. Wish it was closer to Burbon St but had no issue getting a lyft/under for around $15

Excellent place to stay

Our hostess was great. The location of the property was perfect. The design of the home inside really was nice and super clean. They provided so much even a wonderful selection of coffees. We can’t wait to return.

Weekend Trip

The place was great! We loved the property, the location, and the ease of just feeling at home in a quiet neighborhood. The guest book with suggestions of places to eat and visit was cool. So many places to go within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. This will be our go to place to stay when we come back to NOLA!

A perfect stay!!!

The property and the hosts were all wonderful!! Everything was extremely clean and just as pictured (if not better in person)!! The location was great and the hosts were AMAZING!! We felt nothing but welcomed. I would suggest anyone looking for a warm home away from home on vacation in NOLA stay here...you will not regret it!!!

Beautiful home with fantastic hosts

This rental was great! It's a second structure on the owners property. It's safe, well lit, easy to find, and the owners went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. We certainly recommend it andook forward to another stay!

Nice 2 bedroom in New Orleans

Overall we were happy with our stay. The house was clean and a perfect size for our family (2 adults + 1 infant). We would stay there again. I was worried about parking because its street parking, but we had no problems with parking our mid size suv. We were always able to find a spot within a few doors of the house.

Perfect space for 3

The rental was perfect for us three friends. The rooms are on opposite ends of the rental with the living areas between. The rental was clean and stocked and communication with the owners was quick and smooth. The rental is also located close to many of the Bywater shops but is still walkable to the FQ.

Very nice option, close to everything.

Very nice option. Clean, well-appointed, newer than your typical New Orleans rental. Close to many restaurants and things to do. Only docked a little bit due to some confusion among the family that owns it and their booking process, which resulted in us not getting our door code on time. However, the main person in charge felt bad and responded quickly once he was aware of the situation. I would suggest reaching out to the owner before your trip to make sure you have their cell number in case of any issues.

Taylor Swift Eras Tour

My sister and I found this property when we booked our tour tickets, a year in advance. We had heard horror stories of VRBO and Air B+B hosts canceling stays or up charging bc of the tour, so we were wary. We arrived, met the host, as he lives nearby, and found the property to be exactly as listed. It’s tucked back off the street and in a very quaint neighborhood a short Uber ride from French Quarter. We felt extremely safe during our stay and enjoyed the Indian Restaurant close by. The house was well equipped- we appreciated the selection of coffee’s and fresh creamer pods. Street parking was easy with several cameras for safety. Highly recommend staying here!
