The house was very charming and very beautiful. We loved the decorations with all the art and it was very spacious and came with all the amenities. Our host was wonderful! She was prompt with her communications and provided great information. We were greeted with a personalized note and treats welcoming us and providing options for dining and activities. The location was perfect! We were close enough to the French Quarter to walk but far enough away to have a quiet evening. Overall, a great weekend in the Big Easy. Thank you.

Loved the location close to music but far away for quiet nights. The decor is fabulous! We couldn’t use the outside sitting areas due to weather but they “feel” great. Unfortunately Dee, we couldn’t find the red water kettle. Roberto’s market is very close to walk for a good variety of groceries. Overall a wonderful time! Thanks for sharing & the wine

Fun charming perfect little house

We enjoyed our stay. House is very cute and the welcome wine and cakes were a very nice touch. It was a 25-30 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in the French Quarter which was a bit farther than anticipated but the street is quiet so we slept well.

Absolutely loved this beautiful home. Perfect for 2 couples. 10 minute walk to all the action on Frenchman Street. Quiet neighborhood. This place is so classy with beautiful artwork of New Orleans. We hope to stay here again.

Frenchie is awesome!

This property is very well located within walking distance for the Frenchman street music scene. Lots of restaurants within also walking distance and still in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy to pickup Lyft/Uber if needed. Property manager is very easy to communicate with and makes everyone feel like a VIP guest. Highly recommend.

Let the good times roll

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Quiet neighborhood close to the French quarter. The beds were very comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated with NOLA art. We had all of the amenities we needed. And the bottle of wine and petit fors Dee left for us was a welcoming touch.

GREAT PLACE!!

I booked this place for me and my wife and another couple for the weekend to attend a close friend's wedding. The house was perfect! It was very nicely decorated, very clean, very welcoming and Dee even had complimentary water, bottle of wine and treats for us! Although the neighborhood may not have been "plush", we still felt safe and I would definitely book here again! Thanks for the great accommodations, Dee!!

Clean, close and quaint

Frenchie is a great choice when staying in New Orleans! Its very close to the French Quarter, very cute and also very clean. We spent 5 days to visit New Orleans and go to the Jazz Festival. This was a great choice and we ubered and walked wherever we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to relax after a long day of fun enjoying the music and cuisine of New Orleans.

The Frenchie is AWESOME!!

I recently stayed at this beautiful vacation rental in New Orleans for JazzFest. It was decorated with local art and the spacious accommodations were perfect for 4 adults. The manager was very responsive and always available to answer any questions. The location was also close to great dining options. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable New Orleans vacation. We certainly intend to look for availability here in the future.

We were in town for JazzFest (early May 2024). This is our second stay at this property and it continues to exceed our every need! Wonderful furnishings and top-notch A/C. Great location! Beautiful and welcoming home

From the moment we walked into the house we were amazed at all the beautiful vibrant artwork throughout. It was also very comfortable for the four of us. We were about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the French quarter. The host gave us some places nearby to eat. We did try a couple and they were all so good. This was my first visit to New Orleans and I plan to come back and I would definitely stay at this house again.

Shotgun weekend

We loved staying at the shotgun house, me and my baby, my brother and his spouse. Walked to Frenchmen street, then on to the Quarter, had some good things to drink, none of which water. Enjoyed the music as well as the cuisine, did some double takes at a few things that we seen. If you got some free time, head to NOLA and spend it, put your feet up in this place. We highly recommend it.

A true GEM!

We just got back from almost a week long stay at this property. I've stayed in vacation rentals by owners around the world. This was hands down one of my favorites! Great location within walking distance to music on Frenchman and the French Quarter. The house was incredibly clean and Dee left cake and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The house is shotgun style but was built with a hallway so the rooms have total privacy and bathrooms ensuite. Dee was available and responsive when needed for questions or support. I can't recommend this rental enough!

A Big Easy Gem

We arrived late on a Friday night, but street parking, and well-lit entry to the property made access a breeze. We sought convenience (but not the late night commotion) to visit the French Quarter as well as the many other treasures of NOLA, and this property is ideally located. The area is walkable, public transit nearby, and a 3 day on/off pass is only $8! The home is impeccably adorned; and someone concealed loads of Gris Gris throughout because our entire 4 days stay was nothing but *charmed*! The home is cozy, spotlessly clean, 3 TV's, 2 private outdoor patios, with powerful AC (thank god), and decorated so tastefully I felt like I was *in* a Mardi Gras parade. I was delighted to discover unexpected lagniappe from Dee, which only heightened our Pleasure. Dee is an excellent and responsive communicator. I can not recommend this property more highly.
