The Space:

You won't find a better place to enjoy a spectacular vacation than at Summer Beach 508! This recently renovated, three-bedroom, oceanfront condo is located just steps from the beach and features a private balcony off the living room and main bedroom. The full kitchen is loaded with all the small and major appliances you need to cook up a wonderful meal, and the breakfast bar includes three barstools, with seating for six at the dining table. The living room has lots of comfortable furniture and a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall, so you can watch your favorite movies and shows whenever you're not down at the beach. This condo also includes free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, central AC, and assigned parking for two vehicles, plus multiple building elevators to make access super easy. The shared outdoor pool is a great place to cool off after a day of sightseeing. What's nearby: Summer Beach 508 is conveniently located on 35th Street just eight blocks from the Boardwalk. Park your car and walk to great restaurants, mini-golf, amusements, water sports, and more. Things to know: Free WiFi Elevators Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Much better than a hotel

Spacious, and well furnished. Really enjoyed the balcony view of the beach. Happy to have 2 parking spaces too!

Beautiful area and ocean front view. Traveled from Oct 10-Oct 13th off-season. The rooms had some closets, drawers, that were broken/ off track, the normal wear & tear to any summer home. The beds could use softer mattresses but the condo was clean. The pool was not open, but we used the beach when the weather was nice. Overall it's a beautiful choice..survived the tropical storm the last two nights!!!

This was such a great stay! I really loved the location. I would advise people to bring some toilet paper and handsoap. The pull out bed is not great, but remember, it's a pull out.

Clean, spacious and great for families

Very nice, updated property in a great location. The unit was very clean and spacious which was great for my family of 6. The property manager was very responsive when we had a small issue during check in, and the bag of goodies left for us was very useful. We had a great stay - would definitely stay here again.

Lovely balcony, space for family

This place is really nice and we'd definitely come again. It's situated to receive a nice sea breeze, with excellent views of the beach and bay. The kitchen is well-equipped and we weren't wanting for anything. The rooms were spacious enough for our group of 7 adults and two children. The beach is right there, and there are lots of restaurants and other amenities in easy walking distance.

Awesome place in OCMD

Beautiful, clean, and excellent location. They gave us a little bag of goodies when we got there which had items like soap, toilet paper, hand soap. Rooms were so clean. The balcony had the most beautiful views, we were a 60 second walk to the ocean. Great location, lots of food/drink/snack options nearby. This place was so lovely and we’ll definitely be back next year!

Perfect stay.

Beautiful place, we had such a great time! Short walk to the beach! Very nice Decor, so comfortable! Highly recommend to anyone. Only had an issue with the fridge but was fixed within 2 hours of reporting, and told my husband to never turn the ice cube tray around again. The people at reception are really nice and very helpful! Would absolutely stay again!

Loved that it had plenty of room 2 small baths and 5 beds. Had fully supplied kitchen and 2 big balconies Condo was in very nice condition. Two things that need fixing is the bedroom/ laundry door which doesn’t close correctly and the balcony slider lock which somehow locks on its own. Would definitely book it again

Great views and location

The inside is outdated and run down. Sinks and tubs took forever to drain. Carpets in bedrooms were horrible. Kitchen does not have much in it. Location and balcony fabulous

Place was nice enough but they gave you the bare minimum. View was nice and in a pretty good location. Communication was terrible. I complained about the ice maker not working and a few other things that were broken and the issues were not resolved.
