Complete Kitchen renovation as well as all new paint throughout the Condo! Several upgrades to "smart" technology with Alexa include, Ceiling fan, lights, and thermostat.

This 2nd floor unit overlooks a semi private beach with easy front access to the main beach through the path in the dunes.
Walk from the 12x15 foot balcony directly to the beach.
The LR/DR has a large sofa, dining table for six as well as a peninsula with seating for 4, 65 inch screen TV, artwork, wifi ceiling fan.

The newly remodeled Kitchen features an open concept with more seating. Every thing you will need at your finger tips. Keurig coffee maker, Ninja coffee maker, new Microwave oven, Blender, Ice-maker, hotplate, Dish washer, and Glass top stove to help prepare home cooked meals during your stay. A brand new washer/dryer is also available for use.

There are 3 Bedrooms in the unit.
The Master has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and its own bathroom
Bedroom TWO has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV
Bedroom THREE has TWO Double bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV

NOTE; RENTER MUST BRING THEIR OWN LINENS & TOWELS. You may make arrangements with Ocean Breeze cleaning service and they will have them available for your stay when you arrive at our unit and can be left at the end of your rental stay.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishwasher should be emptied prior to leaving. Trash should also be put in bin across the alleyway upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renters must supply their own sheets, pillow cases, and towels. There is a washer/dryer to clean clothes and linens
Renters bringing unauthorized (not approved by the owner) pet into the unit will lose their security deposit.

Beautiful view, great location . We had a wonderful long weekend, family trip. Parking was a bit tight for my Grand Cherokee. We happened to be there with the nor’easter storm that came through. I felt very safe in this building even though we were very close to the beach/water. I would definitely like to stay again maybe when the weather is a little warmer with the beach open.

We enjoyed our stay very much - we were very comfortable in the space, the view is great and being pet friendly is something hard to find in OC. The only thing about the pics of the place is there is no bunk bed as was depicted at the time.

Great family friendly place!

This place was awesome! It overlooked the ocean and had easy access to the beach. Ken was available if we needed him, and was very helpful through the whole booking process and through the trip. If you are a family with young kids this place is perfect for you!

Family Beach Week

Great location! Beach front views from the family room and just a few minutes walk to the beach with a back entrance and hose to rinse your feet before going back up. The balcony off the family room is very roomy and we spend time out there watching the ocean. Very enjoyable stay!

and have owned the property since 1985. We also own VRBO 426563 and have visited Ocean City with our family since the early 70s.
We live in Hershey, Pa during the summer months and spend the winter in La Quinta, Ca.

Why they chose this property

You will have easy beach access from the front balcony. Plenty of room to enjoy sunrise and sunsets (see photo) on the balcony. We like the location as you are not far from down town and the boardwalk and close to plenty of dining options.

What makes this property unique

Spending time on the 12x15 foot balcony drinking coffee, or cocktails and watching sunrises, dolphins and the moon & Sun over the ocean leaves a lasting impression. The second floor gives viewing of the whole beach front and so easy to walk down the front stairs off the balcony and over the dunes to the water!
