The holiday rental features 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 single bed, plus a TV), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The living and dining area features a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. The floors are partially carpeted in the living and bedroom areas, linoleum in the kitchen and dining areas, and tiled in the bathroom. The apartment has a separate outdoor seating area. A parking space and Wi-Fi are available to you free of charge.<br/>This is a non-smoking apartment. Several covered smoking areas are available on the property for smokers.<br/><br/>Pets are welcome in Apartment 6 for an additional fee. 



Here you’ll find 4 comfortable holiday apartments in a central location. The building was newly constructed in 2007 and renovated in 2021; it is equipped with heating and has been partially refurnished. A parking space is available for each holiday apartment. Outside, a fire pit and two barbecue areas invite you to enjoy cosy get-togethers. A ping-pong table, a sandpit, and two playhouses equipped with various games are available for your use. Bicycles or e-bikes can be stored in the lockable bike shed. You can also rent bicycles for a fee of €5.00 per bike per day.<br/>The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.<br/><br/>Pets are welcome in apartments 5 and 6 for an additional fee. 



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
