This home is the perfect spot for enjoying many of Ocean City's most popular events such as the OC Airshow, Springfest, Sunfest, Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', OC Bikefest, and Wine on the Beach. Park your car in South Beach's parking garage and then walk everywhere you want to go. You'll have a seasonal outdoor pool and a fitness center.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

It was a quick weekend getaway and our second time staying in this condo. The condo is on the boardwalk and has views of the ocean and the bay. It is a quiet building (we were there during Bike Week, so it wasn't terribly quiet outside, but I think that is only a once-a-year event). We had a terrific time, both stays.
