The Space:

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.



Things to Know



Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great family vacation destination

Staff were great, our room was very nice , so much to do for a family, pools were awesome, great arcade games.....never even got to the theater......will likely stay there again next beach trip.

We loved the condo and am memories but during our last night someone stole all our flip flops left outside. Put a sour note on an otherwise nice trip.

Great stay!

We’ve stayed at Sea Watch several times, and each time has been great. 302 had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. We chose to stay on a lower level due to the elevators usually having a wait to get on. We arrived later in the evening well after check in time, and we were able to get our keys from the lock box outside of Vacasa’s office. My only complaint would be that the fitted sheet on the master bedroom bed was too small. Other than that, it’s a great condo with updated appliances, kitchen, tons of extra pillows and so many other amenities in the building.

Wonderful place to stay

This place has a lot of activities to do if the weather is not good for a beach day. Tennis, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, an indoor pool, a large playground & corn hole. Our week had lousy weather the last 3 days so we utlilize a lot of these. There is a snack shop on the premises for ice cream cones or a slice of pizza. The unit is nicely equipped with the exception of no plastic wear in the kitchen for kids. I know they pride themselves on non-smoking but they have room to dedicate 1 or 2 smoking areas for the smokers. The unit is clean and spacious and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this unit.
