Great getaway spot in OCMD
Everything from the cleanliness of the house, the views of the ocean to the location of the property was perfect. This place offers it all. David was so easy to deal with and extremely responsive to all of our requests. I highly recommend this spot for a small family (4-5 people).

They say everything happens for a reason and I now believe it!! We LOVED our stay at Pacesetter #5! We originally booked a property closer to the boardwalk, but the company we booked through cancelled the reservation 3 days before we were to arrive. After scrambling to find another place, we fell upon this one. It was perfect. From the location, to the property to the management, we couldn’t have asked for more. I would stay again in a heartbeat.
It was clean, modern, and convenient to the beach and attractions.
The property was well maintained, had a great location, and friendly neighbors.
Great condo on the beach!
We rented this condo for a girls weekend- it was great! Great views, right on the beach- we loved it! We had one issue, but David responded very quickly and it was resolved in no time.
Great location!! Beautifully decorated! Gorgeous views of the ocean! Enjoyed our stay..kitchen had everything we needed!! Easy walk to awesome restaurants. Stairs were a challenge the first day :) Thanks to "The Cohens" for allowing us to stay at your condo!!
A fun time but condo on small side
Our family returned to Ocean City after 24 years for a vacation and rented this Condo. It was right on the beach with a wonderful view and direct access to the beach. But a few tips for future renters...it is on the top floor with no elevators so plan your trips in and out accordingly. It is not appropriate for handicapped persons. The condo is small , had 3 small bedrooms but the closets in all but one are not accessible as one has the washer and dryer in it and the other is a locked owners closet. It was "cozy" for 6 adults.
While the Pacesetter owners apparently have a no smoking policy not all renters got the word...there were smokers all around us.
Our condo is smoke- free; all condos in building have a "No smoking" policy on Oceanside decks.

Damage subject to retention of damage deposit is defined as anything beyond normal wear and tear under rules set forth in rental agreement; damage also includes any extra expense incurred by cleaning staff needed to ready unit for next guests.
