After a long walk along the shoreline, come home to stretch out in the well-appointed living room. The full kitchen is equipped with all the stainless steel appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare a wonderful meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for eight while the kids chatter away from the two bar seats. With a midtown location, you'll be close to lots of great activities and you'll be right across from the Convention Center and dining. Don't forget to take advantage of the free WiFi to research a fun new adventure. The wrap-around balcony includes bay and ocean views.



Parking: Two designated on-site parking garage spaces are included with this rental. Parking Clearance: 7 1/2 feet.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

awesome updates

All of the living room furniture and appliances are updated and in beautiful condition. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck with the different furniture outside on the wrap around deck. Bunk bed had a trundle that was wonderful and helped us spread out.
