Walk everywhere in town, including the sparkling shoreline, the famous boardwalk, and popular restaurants and attractions. After fun-filled days, unwind for movie nights in the cozy living area. The full kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and opens to the patio, where you can dine alfresco together. Meals can also be enjoyed at the dining table or kitchen bar. Fire up the charcoal grill for an afternoon cookout. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing after the beach. The covered porch provides another spot to relax with a crisp beverage. Included board games make for a fun family game night. A huge added perk includes recently renovated bathrooms. Things to Know Full kitchen Streaming available with own accounts Outdoor shower Family-friendly with board games On bus route Partial air-conditioning (window units, no heat) This home can be rented together with Shore Thing and Porch Life as Oceans 9 Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
